Study On Relationship Between The TCM Syndrome Types Of Mild Cognitive Impirement And Intima-Media Thickness And Ankle Brachial Index | Posted on:2016-12-31 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Z C Jiang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2404330470475204 | Subject:Traditional Chinese Medicine | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective:To explore the correlation between the TCM syndrome types of Mild Cognitive Impirement(MCI)patients and Intima-Media Thickness(IMT)and Ankle Brachial Index(ABI),providing objtctive reference index for syndrome differentiation type for clinical. Methods:Adopt the method of case-control study, and use MCI clinical observation table, then investigate the inpatients who are in the geriatric of Chinese medicine hospital in Hangzhou,10 normol elderly individuals,25 MCI spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome patients and 25 MCI phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome patients aged from seventy to ninety were selected according to included standard.Measure and make data collection of IMT and ABI of the three groups, and use regression analysis method to explore the relationship between the TCM syndrome types of MCI patients and IMT and ABI preliminaryly. Results:The IMT of MCI patients is higher than normal elderly group, while the ABI is lower than normal elderly group.Based on the Logistic regression analysis, the optimal regression equation is obtained:Logit(P)=2.993+7.211×ABI—11.887×IMT.Conclusion:Higher level of IMT and lower level of ABI maybe are the risk factors of the on set of MCI.On the basis of optimal regression equation,ABI has a strong influence in the syndrome differentiation type of spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome and phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome of MCI patients, and IMT is closely related with the syndrome differentiation type. | Keywords/Search Tags: | mild cognitive impairment, intima-media thickness, ankle brachial index, spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome, phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome, correlation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
