Studies show that metal ions can form complexes with drugs,and most of them can affect the clinical efficacy of drugs.Quinolones,in the configuration contains can be combined with the coordination sites.Therefore,it is possible to be synthesized into complexes.The complexes can be used in many fields.To sum up,the study on the synthesis and properties of the complexes on the formation of quinolone and metal ions,has certain scientific significance.Objective:In this paper,the synthesis of ciprofloxacin and Pipemidic Acid metal complexes,the complexes structure characterization.The synthetic condition of the complex optimization of the geometry of metal ions and molecular coordination complexes,and the effects of different auxiliary ligands formed.Laid the foundation for the development of new quinolones and high efficiency.Methods:Ciprofloxacin and Pipemidic Acid as main ligands,terephthalic acid or thiophene dicarboxylic acid as auxiliary ligands,transition metal ions as a reaction center,using hydrothermal method to synthesize the corresponding coordination compounds;using single crystal X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis technique and determined the with the structure and characterization.Results:Of the 6 complexes,respectively,ciprofloxacin and transition metal Cd(?),Cu(?),Co(?)three complexes constructed;three complexes of Pipemidic Acid and transition metal cadmium and manganese building.Conclusions:In this paper,6 complexes were synthesized,and the crystal structures of the complexes were analyzed.The ciprofloxacin-Cu(II)complexes for the single nuclear ionic compounds,formation of ciprofloxacin and Cd(?)and ciprofloxacin-Co(?)complexes binuclear structure;Pipemidic Acid-Cd(II)bi nuclear structure.[Mn2(C14H16N5O3)4(H2O)4](C8H6O4)octahedral structure and[Mn(C14H17N5O3)(C8H4O4)(H2O)2]for 18 membered cyclic structure.The above research is to develop new quinolones and high efficiency laid the foundation.
