ObjectiveTo investigate the physical rehabilitation therapy(including hyperbaric oxygen, semiconductor laser and gas pressure circulation therapy)after the treatment of DPN patients with biochemical index, nerve conduction velocity and lower extremity vascular ultrasound detection, symptoms improve,to probe the clinical efficacy of DPN with rehabilitation treatment.MethodsSelect 80 cases of hospitalized patients(mean age 65±8 years)diagnosed with T2DM associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients from January 2015 to December2015.Patients diagnosis according to the diabetes diagnosis by WHO in 1999 and the DPN diagnosis by"China type 2 diabetes prevention guide"in 2013.Randomly,30 patients(14male;female 16)of them were divided into alpha lipoic acid combined with conventional therapy group,50 patients(27 male;23 female)were received the treatment of alpha lipoic acid combined with rehabilitation therapy.Conventional treatment group was given routine comprehensive treatment including blood glucose control, blood pressure and lipid treatment;Rehabilitation treatment group was treated with conventional therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, semiconductor laser and gas pressure circulation therapy once a day for three weeks. The biochemical indicators, limb nerve conduction velocity, lower limb vascular ultrasound, symptoms and physical signs changed before and after the treatment were assessed and compared.Quantitative data was denoted by(x±s),the differences between groups were analyzed by t test.Categorical data was denoted by frequency and rate, the effectiveness was compared using chi-square test.P<0.05 was considered as statistically difference.Results1,Compared with before treatment, blood glucose, blood lipid and low density lipoprotein, urinary microalbumin and C reaction protein(CRP)level were decreased in different degrees after treatment of the two groups of patients, superoxide dismutase(SOD)indicators improved. After treatment postprandial blood glucose, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in the rehabilitation treatment group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2,After treatment, two groups of median nerve and tibial nerve conduction velocity was significantly higher than before treatment significantly improved(P<0.05)and after treatment in the rehabilitation treatment group nerve conduction velocity improved significantly better than that in the conventional treatment group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);In the rehabilitation treatment group femoral artery, popliteal artery peak velocity were significantly better than in the conventional treatment group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3,DPN patients enrolled,61 patients who complained of significant numbness, limb paresthesia etc.The two groups of patients are compared after treatment after symptoms to improve the situation,in the rehabilitation therapy group,25 cases were markedly effective, effective in 17 cases, invalid in 8 cases, the total effective rate was 84.0%,conventional treatment group,8 cases were effective, effective in 10 cases,12 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 60%.The total efficiency of two groups, the difference was statistically significant(?~2=6.797,P<0.05).Conclusions1,Conventional treatment and conventional treatment integrated with rehabilitation therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients in different degree.2,In the conventional glucose control and blood pressure integrated with rehabilitation therapy can improve hypoxia-ischemia,nourish nerve, and has the superiority of simple operation,non-invasive,and provide a new therapeutic direction.Further research is needed to determine the long-term benefits of this rehabilitation intervention.
