In recent 30 years, research on marine microorganism has been succeeded in China, now,a review mainly would report new advance on secondary metabolites from marine microorganism in China in order to farther research on them. The ocean is rich in biological resources, and marine organisms long-term in the special environment:high pressure?low temperature and high salt and nutrients, resulting in lead compounds, novel and unique structure with high activity, high efficacy. Therefore novel secondary metabolites, continuable source and developing from marine microorganism, marine microorganism was the most important and indispensable to natural drugs, and always was attached importance by Research&Discovery of New Drugs. At present, research on bioactive substances of marine microorganisms, has become a hot field of research at home and abroad. Therefore, the research on this respect has broad prospects.By Study on the antitumor activity and inhibition of the Bacteriostatic Experiment,3 bioactive bacteria strains have been screened from 34 bacteria strains isolated from six marine coral bacterium,At the same time,20 strains of fungi were found.we choose one species from the marine bacteria(L-4,B-2)and made co-culture with one species form the marine fungus(1,2,3,4,5,6,7).With the TLC analysis of the extracts of co-culture fermented liquid, that we find that some new spot. Therefore bacteria obviously effected the secondary metabolites from fungus in the mix-cultivate,and even produce substances which were not found in the fungus separately culture by TLC.By modern separation technologies,26 compounds were isolated from the EtoAc extraction of L-4.Their structures were determined by NMR(1D and 2D),MS,and comparing with references:cyclo-(Ty-Leu-Ala-Ser)(1),1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid(2),2-Methyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid(3),cyclo-(Trp-Ala)(4),cyclo-(Trp-Thr)(5),cyclo-(4-OH-Pro-Tyr)(6),cyclo-(Leu-Tyr)(7),cyclo-(Val-Tyr)(8),cyclo-(Gly-Tyr)(9),cyclo-(Ala-Tyr)(10),cyclo-(Gly-Phe)(11),cyclo-(Phe-Ala)(12),cyclo-(Ile-Gly)(13),cyclo-(Leu-Gly)(14),cyclo-(Ile-Pro)(15),cyclo-(Gly-Pro)(16),cyclo-(Gly-Ala)(17),cyclo-(Ala-Val)(18),cyclo-(Leu-Ala)(19),cyclo-(Ile-Ala)(20),cyclo-(Ile-Thr)(21),cyclo-(Ile-Val).(22),cyclo-(Ile-Ile)(23),3-Ethylidene-6-isopropyl-2,5-piperazinediones(24),3-Isobutylidene-6-methyl-2,5-piperazinediones(25),and one structure is onging analyse?Compound 1 is a new compound;compound 2,3,24,25 were new natural product, these compounds were isolated from marine coral bacteria isolated.
