Remoplanin is a mixture of antibiotics with seven groups,A2 component of which is the main component.Because of its way to attack bacteria,bacteria can not easily produce resistant,therefore less likely to produce resistant strains.The outlook is very optimistic about the foreign medical experts.Research has been reported existing the disadvantage of high cost and low purity in isolationg and purifing Ramoplanin.According to the solubility and Structural features of Ramoplanin,this paper carried out the research Ramoplanin A2 component separation of resin purificationIn the fermentation broth pretreatmen,we studied the factors affecting the filtration effect from the amount of aid,alcohol concentration,soaking time,temperature and pH.By static resin filters and Dynamic resin filters,the macroporous resin which fit ramoplanin production was filtered.Then from the adsorption rate,desorption agent ratio,desorption rate three aspects,the process the optimized.Then this paper studied Ramoplanin concentrate bleaching and dilution rystallization experiments,determined the amount of activated carbon plus and eluent and with different solvent crystallization comparison test,finding the optimum conditions for dissolution.Then we studied the Ramoplanin A2 component stability at three different conditions(room temperature,chilled and frozen)to determine the optimum storage conditions.
