Carthami Flos is the dried flower of Carthamus tinctorius L.in the composite family,having the effect of activating blood circulation,promoting menstruation,removing blood stasis and relieving pains.It is the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Currently,it is used in the treatment of coronary heart disease,cerebral thrombosis and many other blood circulatory disorder diseases.Recently,people have made a deep study on the aspect of its chemical component,pharmacologic action and clinical application.It has more than 200 specified chemical components,including pigment,flavonoids compounds,phenolic acid,fatty acid and some other ingredients.Pigment refers to red pigment and yellow pigment.Hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA),a kind of chalcone compounds,is the higher water soluble monomer component.A number of studies have shown that HSYA has many effects like inhibition of platelet aggregation and thrombosis,reducing ischemic cerebrovascular disease.,has very broad prospects for research and development.This thesis will study and discuss the extraction and refined method,pharmaceutical technology of HSYA in Carthamus tinctorius L..It could also lay the groundwork of clinical oral preparation of Carthamus tinctorius L.and its main component HSYA.Using the extraction rate and relative amount of HSYA in the extraction as the indexes,the screening method is used.By using Orthogonal Experiment,it determines the optimum technology parameter of HSYA extratction by the relative amount of HSYA.The experiment tries to find the important factors which affect the extraction effects of the target components.Using transport rate and relative amount of HSYA as the indexes,this paper also studies on macroporous adsorptive resins,purifying the sample volume in HSYA technology,concentration,categories and dosage of eluting solvent,Elution velocity and other indexes.By using this way,the Technological process and parameters of HSYA can be determined.Using spray drying process to extract the intermediate product of dry ointment powder,it completes the screening of supplementary material and the study of pharmaceutical technology.After six months of tests on acceleration and stability under room temperature,the stability of the preparation can be initially identified.Extractde and refined by using the method in this experiment,solid content of hydroxysafflor yellow A can reach 80%.This method is convenient and feasible,which is suitable for industrial production.The excipient of oral preparation adds the sorbefacient of poloxamer.The Processing routes for preparing are mature.
