Objective: Analysis of the relationship between Child classification of liver function and portal vein diameter and blood flow velocity,by using color Doppler ultrasound detection of liver cirrhosis patients with portal vein diameter and blood flow velocity.Materials: Collection of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital and Department of digestive internal medicine intervention for October 2014 to 2015 December, diagnosis of 120 cases of patients with cirrhosis of the liver, patients according to Child Pugh score in which A class of 40 cases,60 cases of grade B,20 cases of grade C,using in our hospital by color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with portal vein diameter and blood flow velocity, using statistical analysis of relationship between the measurement results and liver function.Results:(1)the diameter of the portal vein of the liver cirrhosis group and the normal control, and the data has a significant difference(P<0.05).(2)the blood flow velocity of the portal vein in patients with cirrhosis and normal control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)A level(1.24 + 0.16)cm,(18.13 + 10.42)/s;B level is(1.46 + 0.13)cm,(17.86 + 8.53)cm/s;C level is(1.63 + 0.15)cm,(8.67 + 3.33)/s cm.Conclusion: Portal vein hemodynamics detection can guide the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis;color Doppler ultrasound can be noninvasive and repetitive operation, easy to operate, has important value in clinical work.
