| Objective:According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory and practice foundation, using nape cluster acupuncture combined with nerve stimulation apparatus in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke(dysphagia after stroke,DAS)were observed in patients with DAS clinical efficacy and safety, and explore its possible mechanism,to provide Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and theoretical basis for the treatment of DAS,to sure it is safe and effective, and further clinical application, reduce the economic burden of the patients,is of great significance. It provides a new idea for the future development of Chinese medicine for the treatment of DAS,and provides evidence of evidence-based medicine for further popularization and application. Methods:All the cases were from the six families of encephalopathy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine(60 cases).60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into number 1~60 according to the order of treatment, according to the random number table, according to the proportion of 1:1,the control group 30 cases, and the treatment group 30 cases. On the basis of routine medical treatment in the two groups, the control group was treated with a neuroelectric stimulator, and the treatment group was treated with nape cluster acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated 6 times a week, for 1 days,14 days for 1 courses, and a total of 2 courses. The two groups were evaluated before treatment, fourteenth days and twenty-eighth days. The curative effect was evaluated by Swan drinking water test, quality of life assessment(modified Barthel Index)and pulse oximetry.Results:(1)after the treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the control group was 80%,the treatment group was better than the basic treatment group, and There are significant differences between the two.(P<0.05).(2)14 days after treatment, compared two groups of Watian drinking water test grade, and before treatment was significantly reduced,There are significant differ ences(P<0.05),And the two groups had statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after 28 days of treatment,Watian drinking water test grade two group treat ment before there is a meaningful decrease(P<0.01),there was very meaningful d ifference compared between two groups(P<0.01).(3)14 days after treatment, compared two groups of quality of life assessment(modified Barthel Index),and before treatment was significantly increased, with s tatistical significance(P<0.05),between the two groups had statistically significan t difference(P<0.05);after 28 days of treatment, the quality of life assessment o f two groups(modified Barthel Index)before treatment were significantly increas ed(P<0.01),there was very significant difference compared between the two gro ups(P<0.01).(4)14 days after treatment, increased pulse oximetry before treatment were very m in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),pulse oximetry compared with before treatment,There was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),compared with the control group, the treatment group curative effect(P<0.01);28 days after treatment, increased oxygen pulse quantitative before treatment were very significant in the two groups(P<0.01),there was very significant difference compared between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment group and control group DAS have certain curative effect, compared withthe control group, the treatment group curative effect is more significant in patients with dysphagia, can reduce DAS,improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and pulmonary infection caused by may improve neurological defect symptoms and improve daily living, and less adverse reactions. It is indicated that the effect of combined cluster acupuncture and nerve electrical stimulator therapy is better than simple swallowing electrical stimulation therapy in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, the result is statistically significant, and the clinical practice is worth promoting. |
