Clinical Study On The Effect Of Nape And Tongue Acupuncture Combined With Dihuang Yinzi On Dysphagia Of Kidney Yin And Yang Deficiency Type Pseudobulbar Palsy After Stroke

Objective:Through clinical treatment and observation,to campare the changes of swallowing function,neurological function and TCM syndrome before and after treatment by nape and tongue acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi,at the same time,to observe the safety indicators?Through the clinical effect to evaluate the merits of this method and to provide the basis for the standardization of acupuncture combined with TCM?Methods:The collected 60 patients were randomly assigned to nape and tongue acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi group,nape and tongue acupuncture group,30 cases in each group?Nape and tongue acupuncture group:Acupuncture points selection:Fengchi,Neck Jiaji,Yamen,Lianquan,Juquan,Haiquan,Jinjin,Yuye?Operation:First,ask the patient to seat down,then give appropriate needle at the above points?Points of Fengchi,Neck Jiaji,Yamen,Lianquan can needle after De-Qi,no needle?Points of Juquan,Haiquan,Jinjin,Yuye are giving shallow thorn,which maybe will have a small amount of bleeding,patients can be informed in advance to maintain emotional stability?Treatment cycle:Acupuncture treatment once a day,6 times a week,take a day off a week,a total of 4 cycles for a course of treatment?TCM: select “Dihuang Yinzi”as the main prescription,drug dose can refer to this book called ?Shengji Zonglu?,treatment cycle:TCM treatment once a day,6 times a week,take a day off a week,a total of 4 cycles for a course of treatment ? Nape and tongue acupuncture treatment group:Acupuncture points selection:Fengchi?Neck Jiaji?Yamen?Lianquan?Juquan?Haiquan?Jinjin?Yuye,operation as above?Finally,two groups of patients will be evaluated by the drinking water test score,activities of daily living(ADL)scale(Barthel index),NIHSS scale score,then,two groups will be compared within the group and comparison between groups,and then make an evaluation?Results: 1.Intra group comparison:(1)Nape and tongue acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi treatment group:Before treatment and after treatment were compared,before treatment and follow-up period were compared,after treatment and follow-up period were compared?The result is as follows:First,pre-treatment and post-treatment,pre-treatment and follow-up period of the drinking water test scores,Barthel index scores and NIHSS scale scores were P less than 0.01,which we could fine there were significant differences ? We compared post-treatment and follow-up period,we would find that three major indexes were P more than 0.05,which showed that there were no significant differences?(2)Nape and tongue acupuncture group:The method were as above,pre-treatment and post-treatment,pre-treatment and follow-up period of the drinking water test scores,Barthel index scores and NIHSS scale scores were P less than 0.01,which we could fine there were significant differences ? We compared post-treatment and follow-up period,we would find that three major indexes were P more than 0.05,which showed that there were no significant differences? 2.Ccmparison between groups:Before treatment,we compared the three major indexes of the groups and we found that three major indexes were P more than 0.05,which showed that there were no significant differences?After treatment,we compared the two groups of the drinking water test scores showed P less than 0.01,which suggested there were significant differences,at the same time,we found that Barthel index scores and NIHSS scale scores were P more than 0.05,which suggestd there were no significant differences?Follow-up period,we compared the two groups of the drinking water test scores showed P less than 0.01,which suggested there were significant differences,and,NIHSS scale scores showed P less than 0.05,which suggested that there were differences?On the contrary,Barthel index scores showed P more than 0.05,which showed us there were no significant differences?Conclusion: 1.whether nape and tongue acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi,or nape and tongue acupuncture,they all can improve swallowing dysfunction after stroke and improve patient survival and quality of life;2.Nape and tongue acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi in improving dysphagia in patients is better than simple nape combined with tongue acupuncture;3.Nape and tongue acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi is better than simple nape combined with tongue acupuncture in improving long-term efficacy of swallowing dysfunction and improving quality of life of patients after stroke?...
