Clinical Study On The Effect Of Nape Acupuncture Combined With Tongue Acupuncture On Dysphagia Of Pseudobulbar Palsy After Stroke

Objective:To observe and compare the changes of swallowing function,activity of daily living and neurological deficits before and after treatment,and to explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Tongue acupuncture on swallowing dysfunction in patients with pseudobulbar palsy after stroke.Methods:The subject of 60 patients were from the Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM,according to the order of patients were randomly assigned to the needle plus tongue group and tongue group,each group of 30 cases.Nape acupuncture plus tongue acupuncture: Fengchi,Jiaji,yamen,Lianquan,Juquan,Hai Quan,Jin Jin,yuye.Tongue acupoints: Lianquan,Juquan,Hai Quan,Jin Jin,Yuye point.Fengchi,Jiaji,yamen,Lianquan point acupuncture after the appropriate needle is the needle,no needle.Juquan,Hai Quan,Jin Jin,yuye point are thorns can point,point of acupuncture points can have a small amount of bleeding.The basic treatment of the two groups of the same acupoints.Mainly,the sun,Baihui,Yintang,Renzhong,Tongli,Neiguan,Quchi,Hegu,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Fenglong,Sanyinjiao,Taichong.The conventional acupuncture needle for 30 minutes.Daily treatment 1,6 times a week treatment,a total of 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Before treatment,after treatment and the follow-up period,two groups of patients were evaluated by the drinking water test score,activities of daily living(ADL)scale(Barthel index),NIHSS scale score.Results: 1.Comparison between groups: After treatment,the scores of the drinking water test in the two groups were significant(P <0.01),Barthel index score and NIHSS scale score P> 0.05,no significant difference.During the follow-up period,the scores of the drinking water test in the two groups were P <0.01,and the NIHSS score was P <0.05,which was significantly different.Barthel index score P> 0.05,no significant difference.2.Intra group comparison:(1)Nape acupuncture plus Tongue acupuncture: Before treatment and after treatment,before treatment and follow-up period,the drinking water test score,Barthel index score and NIHSS scale score,P <0.01 were significantly different.Compared with the follow-up period,the scores of the drinking water test,the Barthel index and the NIHSS scale P>0.05,and there was no significant difference.(2)Tongue acupuncture: Before treatment and after treatment,before treatment and follow-up period,the drinking water test score,Barthel index score and NIHSS scale score,P <0.01 were significantly different.Compared with the follow-up period,the scores of the drinking water test,the Barthel index and the NIHSS scale P>0.05,and there was no significant difference.Conclusion: 1.Nape acupuncture combined with tongue acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture treatment group can effectively improve the patient's swallowing dysfunction,improve the patient's ability of daily life,improve the degree of neurological deficit.2.Nape acupuncture combined with tongue acupuncture treatment group was better than the tongue acupuncture treatment group in improving the swallowing dysfunction.3.The long-term curative effect of nape acupuncture combined withtongue acupuncture treatment group was better than that of tongue acupuncture treatment group in the improvement of swallowing dysfunction and neurological deficit.
