Investigation Of TCM Syndrome Of Chronic Bronchitis In Remission Period And The Effects Of Manzhi Soup Combined With Acupoint Application On The Immune Function Of Chronic Bronchitis

Objective1 The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with chronic bronchitis in remission period was explored.2 The effects of Manzhi soup combined with acupoint applicatio on the immune function of chronic bronchitis were explored.Methods1 The method of questionnaire survey of TCM syndrome was adopted,and 360patients with chronic bronchitis in remission period in the First Affiliated Hospital of AnHui Chinese Medicine University(AnHui Provincial Hospital of TCM)respiratory medicine clinic were collected to summarize the TCM syndrome distribution of chronic bronchitis in remission period.2 A total of 60 patients with chronic bronchitis treated with acupoint application from June 2017 to August in the respiratory medicine department of the First Affiliated Hospital of AnHui Chinese Medicine University(AnHui Provincial Hospital of TCM)were collected and were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated Manzhi soup combined with acupoint applicatio,and the control group was treated with acupoint application.One course of 40 days’treatment was observed.The changes of the two groups after treatment were compared from the aspects of lung function,immune function,inflammatory mediators and the frequency of colds in patients.Results1 In the 360 patients of chronic bronchitis in remission period,there are 152 cases(42.22%)of the syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen,there are 105 cases(29.17%)of the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,there are 77 cases(21.39%)of the syndrome of two deficiency of lung and kidney,there are 26 cases(7.22%)of the syndrome of yin deficiency of lung and kidney.2(1)The comparison of lung function in the two groups:there are statistically significant differences in the levels of FVC and FEV1%before and after treatment in the same group(P<0.01);the level of FVC in the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in the level of FEV1%content between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).(2)The comparison of humoral immunoglobulin in the two groups:there are statistically significant differences in serum IgG、IgM and IgA levels before and after treatment in the same group(p<0.05orP<0.01);the levels of serum IgG、IgM and IgA in the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)The comparison of T cell subsets in the two groups:there are statistically significant differences in serum CD4~+and CD8~+T cells in the same group before and after treatment(p<0.05orP<0.01);the comparison of serum CD4~+and CD8~+T cells in the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The comparison of inflammatory mediators:there are statistically significant differences in serum IL-8and TNF-αlevels before and after treatment in the same group(P<0.01);the serum TNF-αlevels in the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in serum IL-8content between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).(5)The comparison of the frequency of colds in the two groups:there is a statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);the curative effect of the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1 The syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen is a common syndrome type of chronic bronchitis in remission period.2 Manzhi soup combined with acupoint application has a good effect,it can improveing the lung function of patients with chronic bronchitis,increasing the content of serum immunoglobulin,regulating immune balance,reducing the level of serum inflammatory mediators and the frequency of colds in patients.
