1 Clinical research1.1 Objective Researching the distribution regularity of syndrome of chronic bronchitis acute phase, in order to discussing the relationship between its symptoms- syndrome diagnosis,and give a TCM syndrome distribution law on treating of the chronic bronchitis acute and provide a basis guideline of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation type.1.2 Method According to Chinese medicine for chronic bronchitis acute phase card Hou Xue research and epidemiological investigation and study, we develop chronic bronchitis acute phase of TCM syndrome questionnaire.Investigation 366 cases of chronic bronchitis acute episodes, make frequency analysis, clustering analysis and principal component analysis and correlation analysis on their age, sex, course of the diseases, smoking status, inducing factors, symptoms, tongue coating, pulse condition.1.3 Result 366 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis acute episodes, male, 167,(45.6%), female, 199 people, accounted for 54.4%,After four clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, xu cold, 151, accounting for41.3%;Phlegmy wet person in time, a total of 98 cases, accounted for26.8%;Phlegm-heat type. 52, accounting for 14.2%.1.4 Conclusion Cold syndrome and phlegm dampness syndromes are most of the chronic bronchitis acute phase.The induced factor is wind chill. The symptom type is relating to the sputum color, quality and coating on the tongue and pulse condition.2 Experimental study2.1 Objective To study the mechanism that what Manzhi soup treat chronic bronchitis, it can provide basis for clinical application.2.2 Method Adaptive feeding one week later,80 rats randomly were divided four groups, the normal group, model group, Manzhi group, Guilong group, with 20 rats in each.Except the normal group, the remaining 3 groups were used smoking method to copy animal model of chronic bronchitis, the 3 groups rats were smoked in a special 1 m3 of smoke chamber, with 20 g wood shavings,20 g sawdust, huangshan brand 20 cigarettes,, 1 times a day, 45 minutes each time, for 42 consecutive days. Pathology to determine the model successfully reproduced,Manzhi group and Gui Long group were given Manzhi soup1.5g/100g/d and Gui Long Kechuan ning 0.057g/100g/d respectively,according to the adult dose of 7 times. blank control group and model control group were given the same volume of physiological saline, lavage 1 times a day, for 28 consecutive days.Remove dead rat and eventually 10 rats were taken in each group.Observed every group rat’lung index, pulmonary function, as well as IL- 8 and MDA in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.2.3 Result2.3.1 The effect of Manzhi soup on rat lung index The weight of body and lung in the rat of blank control group,model control group and Gui Long group are no difference(P > 0.05);The rat’ lung index of blank control group,compared with the rat in model control group and Gui Long group have no difference(P > 0.05), and there are differences compared with the model group(P <0.05);As so as the lung index,there are no differences between model control group and Gui Long group(P>0.05),yet between model control group and Manzhi group,there are differences(P<0.05).2.3.2 The effect of Manzhi soup on rat’ lung function FVC, FEV0.3 and FEV0.3 / FVC ratio of rat in blank control group are higher than other three groups, compared with Gui Long group and Manzhi group, yet there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), compared with model control group, there are significant statistically difference(P < 0.01).FVC, FEV0.3 and FEV0.3 / FVC ratio of rat in model control group are lower than other three groups,as so as the FVC,between model control group and Manzhi group,there are significant statistically difference(P < 0.01);model control group are compared to Guilong group,statistically significant difference have exist(P<0.05).The FEV0.3 of rat in model control group,compared to Manzhi group and Guilong group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01);Just as FEV0.3/FVC,compared model control group with Manzhi group,there was statistically difference(P<0.05),between model control group and Guilong group,no difference existed.2.3.3 The effect of Manzhi soup on rat’ serum IL- 8 and MDA Blank control group’ serum IL- 8,compared with the other three groups,there was significant difference(P < 0.01), compared model group with Gui Long group and Manzhi group,the differences are significant(P < 0.01), between Manzhi group and Gui Long group,it has a significant difference(P < 0.01).Blank control group’ serum MDA,compared with Gui Long group and model group, significant difference exist(P <0.01), compared with Manzhi group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared Manzhi group and Gui Long group, there was significant difference(P< 0.01).2.3.4 The effect of Manzhi soup on rat’ IL- 8 and MDA in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid A significant difference was found between model group and Blank control group’IL- 8 content in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(P < 0.01), Blank control group’ IL- 8was compared with Manzhi group and Gui Long group, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P < 0.05).Manzhi group and Gui Long group’ IL- 8 content in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid have no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Blank control group’ MDA content in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid have difference with other three groups(P < 0.05);Model group, the MDA content in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,compared with other three groups, the difference was significant(P<0.01).Compared Manzhi group with Gui Long group,there was significant difference(P < 0.01).2.4 Conclusion Manzhi soup can reduce the chronic bronchitis model of rat lung index, improve the rat lung function and reduce rat IL- 8 and MDA level in BALF and serum.
