| ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of acupuncture on ischemic vertigo after circulation.MethodsSixty cases of vertigo diagnosed as vertigo in TCM and 30 cases in control group were divided into treatment group(n = 30)and western medicine group(n = 30)according to the method of randomized control, which were selected from the Department of Encephalopathy,Department of Encephalopathy, second affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the point of du Mai group, and the main points were selected as Dazhui,Fengfu,Baihui,Shenting, and the syndrome differentiation points were used once a day,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture, and the main points were: Dazhui,Fengfu,Baihui,Shenting.Rest once a week for 4 weeks; The control group took flunarizine hydrochloride once a night, and the control group took flunarizine hydrochloride once a night.DHI scale and TCM symptom scale were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results1.The sex,age and course of disease were compared between the treatment group and the control group before treatment. The difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).2.Evaluation of curative effect: after treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00 g,while that of the control group was 73.33.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of dizziness assessment scores: the DHI scores of the two groups were compared before treatment, the data of the two groups were comparable(P > 0.05),after the treatment, the DHI scores of the two groups were compared, the values of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The improvement ofvertigo symptom was significant(P < 0.05),the DHI score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the DHI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of dizziness assessment score(DARSs): the ratio of DARS score data before treatment in the two groups was(P > 0.05),and the data of the two groups were comparable. After the treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01),the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant(P < 0.01).The DARS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the treatment group(acupuncture du mai group)could effectively improve the vertigo symptoms of PCIV patients(P < 0.01).5.Comparison of TCM symptom score: after the end of the course of treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those of the control group, which showed that both groups had curative effects, but the scores of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The improvement of vertigo in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.6.During the observation of the two groups, there was no significant change in the safety index, and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion1.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture on ischemic vertigo was better than that of flunarizine hydrochloride.2.Acupuncture of du Mai group can effectively improve the vertigo symptoms of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo and improve their quality of life.3.Acupuncture of du Mai group provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of posterior circulatory ischemic vertigo, and also makes the clinical research methods of post circulatory ischemic vertigo more diversified.4.Acupuncture of du-mai group has definite clinical effect, simple and safe operation, and is worth popularizing. |
