Objective:To observe the clinical effect of rubbing needle method in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo, and to explore the therapeutic effect of rubbing needle method on the disease,so as to provide an effective method for clinical treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:60 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in the third Department of acupuncture and moxibustion, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from September2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with rubbing acupuncture, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The patients in the two groups were given acupuncture for 50 minutes each time, once a day,10 days as a course of treatment, two courses of continuous acupuncture. The clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo was discussed and compared by comparing the vertigo disability index(DHI),vertigo Assessment Scale(DARS)and transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)examination results before and after treatment. All the above data were analyzed by spss22.0 statistical software.Results:1.Before and after treatment, the intra-group comparison of vertigo disability(DHI),vertigo evaluation scale(DARS)and transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)examination results in each group showed that the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.After treatment, the comparison of vertigo disability, vertigo evaluation scale and transcranial Doppler ultrasound examination results between the two groups showed that the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both rubbing acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.2.Rubbing acupuncture is an effective method for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo, and its clinical effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture.3.Rubbing acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the average blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery.
