Clinical Observation Of Dongyuan Mixture In Treating Stage Ⅳ Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney And Dampness And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the changes of proteinuria and renal function in patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney and dampness stasis type diabetic nephropathy(stage IV),and to determine the clinical effect of Dongyuan mixture on diabetic nephropathy.Methods:All the observed cases were from October 2016 to March 2018 in the clinic and ward of the kidney one department of Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital,which met the standard of 64 cases.In the course of treatment,4 cases were dropped,and the last effective cases were 60 cases.On the basis of the original treatment,Dongyuan mixture decoction was given oral treatment for 12 weeks.The score of TCM syndrome,24 hours urine protein,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol index were compared before and after treatment.SPSS 19.0 statistics software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.The total effective rate of Dongyuan mixture in treating diabetic nephropathy was 86.66%,which improved significantly after treatment.2.After treatment,TCM syndrome score decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01).3.Before and after treatment,24h urine protein quantitative decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),serum creatinine,urea nitrogen decreased,glomerular filtration rate increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Dongyuan mixture can significantly reduce 24-hour urinary protein quantity and improve renal function.2.Dongyuan mixture has no abnormal effect on blood sugar,blood fat and blood pressure.It is safe and reliable for treating diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney and damp stasis.3.Dongyuan mixture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy(stage IV),spleen kidney deficiency and dampness stasis type two.
