Investigation On The Chemical Constituents From Diploclisia Glaucescens B1.

Objective:In order to further discover more bioactive sub stances from Diploclisia glaucescens B1,explore,the systemati cal study of the chemical constituents of function Diploclisia g laucescens B1 was carried out.Methods:Diploclisia glaucescens B1.Stems were extracted with 95%EtOH.The extractive by acid-base extracted with p etroleum ether,dichloromethane,n-Butanol and water.The comp ounds were isolated and purified by column chromatographies including Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel,ODS MPLC,column,PTLC and preparative HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectroscopy analysis including UV,CD,IR,MS,1D and 2D NMR and chemical methods.Results:24 compounds were isolated from the three natur al products.The compounds included 5 new compounds and 19 known compounds.Conclusion:Five new compounds(1-3?23?24)were isol ated from Diploclisia glaucescens B1,Eighteen compounds(5-15,17-22)were isolated from this plant for the first time.
