| Aiming to realize the wireless transmission of medical physiological data,and establish the wireless data collection network and system for medical data,a kind of medical portable data gateway has been designed to overcome the communication barriers between medical digital terminal which applies to ZigBee technique and PC or handheld terminal on the basis of Bluetooth and WiFi.Not only the communication barrier at both ends could be resolved,but also data storage and partial data display could be realized.In terms of hardware design,small packages and low-power chips and devices have been used to pay special attention to the volume and endurance of the device,which could also ensure the communication efficiency.In terms of software design,in the master control program part,FreeRTOS embedded real-time task operating system has been applied to solve the easy-to-crashdeficiency of non-real-time operating system.Meanwhile,the system portability could also been improved by using the task scheduling system.Z-StackIn the ZigBee communication network part,protocol stack has been applied.The comprehensive feature and the outstandingproperty of such stack could provide an excellent platform for ZigBee communication.In the Wifi and Bluetooth communication part,the use of mature modular products could achieve the function of transparent serial port transmission,and according to the TCP/IP protocola reliable and stable WiFi network communication mechanism has been designed with the help of existing gateway functions.In terms of communicationprotocoldesign,by investigating the characteristics of the general situations of medical data and medical applications scenarios,a kind of widely used simple communication protocol has been developed based on the common characteristics.Such protocol could be applied to various of medical scenarios and easy to transplant and post-secondary development.In order to verify the practicality of gateway prototypes,the portable physiological data acquisition system and medical wireless infusion monitoring system have been set up.With the wireless gateway as the hub,the portable physiological data acquisition system could meet the needs of long-term,multi-parameter,multi-frequency acquisition of physiological data,and could wirelessly monitor patient physiological status anytime and anywhere,and even diagnose and treat remotely in the future.On account of the reqirement of the infusion monitoring,the medical transfusion monitoring system has been developed and implemented,which could effectivelyrealize the real-time monitoring of infusion condition and the early warning for the transfusion monitoring in the hospital setting.On the one hand,the heavy workload of medical workers could be reduced;on the other hand the disputes between doctors and patients could be avoided effectively.After completing the gateway function and overall system test,the technical test of the gateway has been conducted.In the conventional performance test,the performance of the gateway has reached the expected effect. |
