Nowadays,IOT technology can be seen in all aspects of the national economy and human social life.The fields of Internet of Things technology mainly include traffic management,intelligent industry and agriculture,modern logistics management,digital home and medical health.Among them,the development of ZigBee technology is particularly prominent in the development of Internet of Things technology.Its advantages are low power consumption,strong flexibility,strong networking capability and high stability.ZigBee technology is widely used and developed rapidly.It is a current hot research field in the world.In the ZigBee networking,the data in the network will be sent to the gateway,and the ZigBee wireless network and other heterogeneous networks will be connected through the gateway device to realize the transmission and communication of the ZigBee network data.The thesis designs a limb rehabilitation monitoring system for medical rehabilitation applications.The system includes terminal nodes,gateways and PCs for measuring patient data.The terminal nodes are wearable devices,and the terminal nodes are equipped with pressure sensors and attitude sensors for patients.The data is collected,and then the terminal node sends the data to the ZigBee network.The data in the network is received by the gateway.After the data is received by the gateway,it is processed and displayed on the PC software,and finally the data is saved to the remote server archive.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:1.Comparing and analyzing several commonly used wireless communication technologies,ZigBee technology has obvious advantages in power consumption and networking.Combined with the actual needs of this project,it is decided to use ZigBee technology to build a wireless network sensor network to analyze related data and transmission.2.Analyze the requirements and design a set of limb rehabilitation monitoring system was designed.The hardware and software were developed for the end node equipment of the wearable pressure measurement and joint activity measurement included in the system.The wearable node has low power consumption.It is convenient to store data.Since the internal Flash memory of the wearable device is used to store data,there is no need to worry about loss of power loss data.At the same time,the corresponding upper computer is developed.The PC can display the patient's data in real time through the upper computer,and can also manage and set the wearable terminal through the upper computer.Finally,the data is uploaded to the remote server,the data is saved,and the patient's data is conveniently tracked and recorded.At the same time,the system has alarm and prompt functions.When the patient does not use the wearable device,the system will remind.3.The thesis briefly introduces some commonly used gateway schemes and the advantages and disadvantages of each gateway scheme and the applicable scenarios.Considering the functional requirements of the system for the gateway,the Ethernet gateway scheme is selected.The sensor access ZigBee network throughput was tested,and the maximum throughput of the system network was obtained through testing of multiple sets of data.4.Through testing the terminal nodes,ZigBee network transmission performance,PC-side software and the overall function of the system,the various indicators of the system designed in the thesis meet the requirements and can meet the actual needs.This system is easy to use for both patients and medical staff.
