| Objective: This project aimed to summarize the surgical techniques and clinical effects of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(CBD)for the treatment of choledocholithiasis. Methods: 160 cases of cholangiolithiasis, hospitalized from August 2014 to August2017,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with80 cases. The experimental group was treated with primary suture, while the control group was treated with T-tube drainage. The differences of operation time, blood loss, complications and postoperative recovery between the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: All the cases were successfully completed, without conversion to open surgery. The diameter of common bile duct, stone size, bile leakage, postoperative bleeding, and bile duct injury had no differences(P>0.05).But the operation time, blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal ventilation, and hospital stay, had differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is safe and feasible to use laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and primary suture for choledocholithiasis, which has the advantages of minimal invasion and fast recovery, worthy popularized. |
