The Chinical Effect Of Wuzi Yanzong Pill In The Treatment Of Liver Injury After Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe improvement of liver function and clinical symptoms of liver and kidney yin deficiency and liver injury patients of breast cancer,gastric cancer and lung cancer after chemotherapy treated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill combined with compound glycyrrhizin monoammonium S(Jiapai)injection.Metho.ds:To observe the efficacy of Wuzi Yanzong Pill in the treatment of liver injury after cancer chemotherapy through the analysis results of the experimental group and the control group.70 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill combined with compound glycyrrhizin monoammonium S(Jiapai)injection,and the control group was only treated with compound ammonium glycyrrhizin at e(Jiapai).7 days for a course of treatment,perform 2 courses of treatment.Observe the liver function of two group before and after the treatment.After all data was collected,use SPSS18.0 for system analysis.Results:Three of the 70 patients included in this study were detached and the remaining 67 patients completed the study.1.In terms of improving liver function,there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group.In terms of efficiency,the total effective rate and efficacy of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.2.In terms of improving symptom scores:there were significant differences between the two groups of symptom scores before and after treatment,and there was a significant difference in symptom scores between the experimental group and the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions:Wuzi Yanzong Pill combined with compound glycyrrhizin monoammonium S(Jiapai)injection can significantly improve the liver function and clinical symptoms of liver cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer chemotherapy-induced liver injury,and the efficacy is better than that of compound ammonium glycyrrhizinate alone.
