Objective:Observation of abital yan zong pill reduce tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets more male patients for the treatment of urinary protein positive to weak sperm disease clinical curative effect.Methods: A total of 5 cases were randomly collected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group Wuziyanzong pill + Tripterygium wilfordii tablet group and control group Tripterygium wilfordii tablet single drug group),with 27 cases in each group.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in general information,course of disease and laboratory examination indexes of 2 groups(p < 0.05),showing homogeneity and comparability.After inclusion,Western medicine group was given Tripterygium Wilfordii polyglycoside tablet,while Chinese medicine intervention group was given Wuziyanzong pill on the basis of Tripterygium Wilfordii polyglycoside tablet.Thirty days was a treatment cycle,and three cycles were observed continuously.The results of laboratory examination items(including sperm density,sperm survival rate,semen volume,grade A sperm,(A+B)sperm,testosterone,luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone)of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were collected to determine the therapeutic effect and safety.Results:1.The observation results: observation index compared the two groups after treatment,the difference statistically significant(P <0.05),five yan zong pill can effectively reduce tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets more attenuated the side effects of sperm.2.Two groups of patients after treatment compared with before treatment,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),tripterygium wilfordii attempted piece of male patients for the treatment of urinary protein positive can lead to weak sperm.3.Compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Wuzi yanzong pill can effectively reduce tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets more male patients for the treatment of urinary protein positive side effects caused by weak sperm disorders,and found no serious adverse reactions,safe and reliable,and has further in clinical research and extension value.
