| 1.Objective From the perspective of clinical research,we investigated the effects of semen liquefaction time,sperm viability,motility and sperm integrity(DFI)level in semen non liquefaction patients,and observed the effect of Yulin 3 on the clinical efficacy and DNA damage of sperm.2 Methods2.1 Theoretical research Through the study of Chinese retrieval CNKI database,Wanfang database,a large number of documents,analysis of semen liquefaction in patients with western medicine pathogenesis,etiology and pathogenesis of TCM syndrome distribution,summarize the medical etiology and clinical curative effect,this semen unliquefaction(damp phlegm and blood stasis)take heat and dampness,and removing phlegm and Blood Stasis Theory "theory cure.2.2 Clinical Research80 cases of semen non liquefaction from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine(Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine)in October January 2017 were selected.By randomly divided into study group 40 cases and control group 40 cases,control group was treated with Ningmitai capsule treatment,the study group to Yulin No.3 in the treatment of.Sperm density,viability,motility and speed were analyzed by Bei ang sperm quality analyzer.Sperm DFI level was detected by sperm chromatin diffusion method(SCD).The effect of Yulin 3 on the clinical efficacy and DFI level of semen non liquefaction patients was observed.3 Results3.1 Theoretical research Semen liquefaction is caused by a variety of causes,either by congenital kidney-yang deficiency,or acquired dystrophy,or the duration of the disease is long,impaired kidney yang,so that semen cold coagulation,liquefaction disorders;or excessive consumption of wine by the wine,consumption Injury kidney yin,or five goals fire,burning kidney yin,virtual fire endogenous,consumption of body fluids,so that the semen is not sticky;or feel wet poisoning,burning smoked semen,or by eating food thick flavor,moist heat,caused Semen is not viscous,phlegm is not divided;or by eating too much raw cold,damage spleen yang,or congenital kidney yang deficiency,the fire is not warm soil,resulting in spleen yang deficiency,spleen and kidney yang,loss of water metabolism,formation In the wet,wet accumulation of phlegm,turbid betting,so that the liquefaction of semen is unfavorable;there are blood stasis,stagnant spermatozoa,abnormal semen metabolism,but also produce semen does not liquefy.And wetness,sputum,and phlegm interact with each other and are mutually causative factors.The rhythm of contemporary life is accelerating,the pressure of life,environmental pollution,radiation,drinking day and night,fat and sweetness,sauna fumigation,etc.are all more important than those in ancient times,resulting in the prevalence of semen-free liquefaction syndromes.On the Suihuayu,heat and dampness based.3.2 Clinical studies3.2.1 Comprehensive clinical efficacy of Yulin 3 in the treatment of semen non liquefaction After 12 weeks of treatment,the two groups improved in varying degrees.The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group.After comparison,there was a difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).It is suggested that the total effective rate of the treatment group is superior to the control group.3.2.2 The effect of Qilin 3 on the efficacy of Chinese medicine in patients with semen liquefaction After 12 weeks of treatment,the two groups had different degrees of improvement.The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was 85% and 57.5% in the control group.According to statistics,the P value was <0.01,indicating the total effective rate between the two groups.3.2.3Effect of Yulin 3 on the degree of semen liquefaction in patients with semen non liquefaction After 12 weeks of treatment,the liquefaction time and viscosity of the semen in the treatment group and the control group improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group reduced the semen liquefaction time and decreased the viscosity of the semen(P<0.01).),indicating that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in improving semen liquefaction time and viscosity.3.2.4 Effect of Qilin 3 on the seminal plasma p H and sperm motility in seminal fluid Compared with before treatment,the p H value of semen in the patients of Qilin 3group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the sperm motility was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the group of Ningubitai,the group of patients of Unicorn 3 group Semen p H value decreased significantly(P<0.05),and sperm motility increased significantly(P<0.05).3.2.5Effect of Yulin 3 on sperm DNA fragments in patients with semen non liquefaction Compared with before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant change in sperm DFI between the two groups(P>0.05);after 8 weeks and12 weeks of treatment,the sperm DNA fragmentation rate was significantly improved in both groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05);between groups,it was found that the rate of sperm DNA fragmentation was significantly decreased in the treatment group at the end of the 12-week treatment period(P<0.01),indicating a significant difference in sperm DNA fragmentation rates after treatment.The treatment group was more effective.3.2.6 Effect of Yulin 3 on TCM Syndromes of semen non liquefaction Compared with before treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in semen traits,urinary tract symptoms,pain symptoms,and scrotal wetness(P<0.01),and no significant changes in stool characteristics(P>0.05).After treatment,the tongue,tongue,and pulse signs were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.01),and the tongue and tongue in the control group also improved(P<0.05).Between groups,the improvement in semen traits,urinary tract symptoms,pain symptoms,scrotum wetness,tongue texture,and pulse condition was more obvious in the treatment group(P< 0.05 or P<0.01),indicating that Unicorn 3 was improving semen The clinical effects of TCM symptoms and signs in patients without liquefaction were better than those in the control group.4 Conclusion4.1 Yulin 3 can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with heat and phlegm stasis type of seminal fluid non liquefaction.4.2 Yulin No.3 Decoction in improving semen unliquefaction in patients with clinical efficacy,but also can significantly improve semen viscosity,reduce semen p H,increase sperm motility,reduce sperm DNA fragmentation rate,and better than the control group in the clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome. |
