| 1 Purpose To explore the effect of Liquefaction No.2 prescription on semen non-liquefaction and sperm DNA damage and its clinical efficacy.2 method 2.1 theoretical research This paper studies the literature materials retrieved from CNKI database and Wanfang database,and combines with the research of the relevant mechanism of Western medicine to jointly analyze the TCM etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome distribution of patients with semen non-liquefaction,summarizes the TCM etiology,pathogenesis and clinical efficacy,and explores the theoretical basis of nourishing Yin and reducing fire method in the treatment of semen non-liquefaction due to yin deficiency and fire exuberance.2.2 Clinical studies From January 2018 to October 2018,60 patients with semen liquefaction due to yin deficiency and fire excess were selected from the outpatient department of andrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and research group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang pill and the research group was treated with Liquefaction 2.The semen consistency and liquefaction time were analyzed by the sperm image analysis system of Zhongke Hengye.The sperm DFI level was detected by sperm chromatin diffusion method(SCD).The clinical efficacy and DFI level of Liquefaction Formula No.2 on patients with semen non-liquefaction were observed.3 Results 3.1 results of theoretical research Based on the research of literature materials retrieved from CNKI database and Wanfang database,and combined with the research of relevant mechanism of Western medicine,this paper jointly analyzed the TCM etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome distribution of patients with semen liquefaction,summarized the TCM etiology,pathogenesis and clinical efficacy,and discussed the theoretical basis of nourishing Yin and reducing fire in the treatment of semen liquefaction of yin deficiency and fire vigor type.According to.3.2 results of clinical studies 3.2.1 Changes of semen viscosity and liquefaction time in patients with semen nonliquefaction The semen liquefaction time and consistency of 60 patients with semen nonliquefaction were tested.It was found that the semen viscosity of the control group was higher than that of the study group,and the liquefaction time was significantly prolonged(P < 0.05).3.2.2 changes of sperm DFI in patients with semen inliquefaction Compared with the normal control group,the sperm DFI level of the patients with semen non-liquefaction in the study group was significantly lower(P < 0.05).3.2.3 Clinical efficacy of Liuliu No.2 prescription in the treatment of patients with semen non-liquefaction After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates between the two groups were 93.33% in Liquefaction 2 group and 80.00% in Zhibai Dihuang pill group.The total effective rate of the two study groups was significantly different,indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was more advantageous than that of the control group,with statistical significance(p < 0.05).3.2.4 effect of Liquefaction 2 prescription on viscosity and Liquefaction time of semen of patients Compared with before treatment,the time of semen liquefaction in the study group was significantly shorter,the liquefaction status was significantly improved(P < 0.05;P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in semen volume(P > 0.05);compared with the control group,the time of semen liquefaction in the study group was significantly decreased(P < 0.05).3.2.5 effect of Liquefaction 2 on sperm DFI level in patients Compared with before treatment,sperm DFI levels in the study group and the control group were significantly improved(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);the improvement in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 conclusion 4.1 The sperm DFI level of 60 patients with non-liquefaction of semen was significantly increased in 30 of them,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.2 In addition to improving the state and time of semen liquefaction,Liquefaction Formula 2 can also significantly improve the sperm DFI level of patients,and is superior to the control group in clinical efficacy. |
