Purposes:The purpose of this study is to explore the factors related to the occurrence of microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma with a view to early detection of microvascular invasion and clinical intervention. And finally reducing the recurrence rate of Hepatocellular Carcinoma and prolonging the survival period of the patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the 84 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma specimens and corresponding paracarcinoma tissues from August 2016 to December 2017 in hepatobiliary surgery at the Jining No.1 People's Hospital and all specimens were identified as hepatocellular carcinoma. Then we get on Immunohistochemistry in paracancerous tissues.Divided them into two groups according to whether microvascular invasion occurred, and compare whether the relevant factors between the two groups are statistically different.Result:There are 29 cases(64.44%)of GPC3(+)and 16 cases(35.56%)of GPC3(-)in MVI(+)group, also 7 cases(17.59%)of GPC3(+)and 32 cases(82.05%)of GPC3(-)in MVI(-)group.As performing?~2 test, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There are 24cases(53.33%)of VEGFR-3(+)and 21 cases(46.67%)of VEGFR-3(-)in MVI(+)group, also 1 cases(2.56%)of VEGFR-3(+)and 38 cases(97.44%)of VEGFR-3(-)in MVI(-)group.As performing?~2test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:VEGFR-3 and GPC3 are highly expressed in adjacent tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma with microvascular invasion, and poorly expressed in adjacent tissues without microvascular invasion. As there are obvious differences,we believe that these two markers can be used as indicators of the occurrence of microvascular invasion.
