Objectives On treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats to provide different doses of gause basin party ii party intervention,by observing the behavior of rats,coefficient,and swelling degree of the uterus,the uterus tissue pathological morphology,as well as to the related cytokines ICAM-1and caspase 8 specificity protein and gene expression,the influence of gause basin inflammation party ii party on experimental rat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the pharmacodynamic mechanism of action,and compared with traditional Pu Ling basin phlogistic kang granules were compared with western medicine placenta tissue fluid research.Methods 75 female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model control group only 10,65,free water feeding blank group,model control group adopts mechanical damage combined chemical burns method,namely the use of disposable syringe needle mechanical damage endometrial tissue of rats after injecting chemical burns agent-phenol gel to the bifurcation of the uterus,this method to establish the chronic pelvic inflammation model in rats.After feeding SD rats in the laboratory animal room for 10 days,5 rats were randomly selected from the model control group and their uterine tissue was stained with HE.Under the microscope,the uterine cavity structure of rat uterine tissue was generally destroyed,the shape of uterine cavity was not clear,the muscular layer and the mucosa could not be distinguished directly,the epithelial cells were basically shed,a large number of lymphocytes and plasma cells infiltrated,endometrial hyperemia and edema,fibrous tissue hyperplasia,and the inflammatory model was successfully established.All rats were sacrificed after 24 hours after the last dose.Uterine tissue was extracted,uterine swelling and uterine coefficient were calculated,and histopathological examination was performed.The protein expression levels of icam-1and caspase 8were determined by immunohistochemistry,and the protein expression levels of icam-1(intercellular adhesion molecule)and caspase 8(caspase 8)were determined by western-blot.Results 1 Changes of rats' physique and habits: the blank group rats had better overall mental state,bright and moist hair color,normal appetite,clear urine,dry stools,normal shape and color,and increasing body weight.Compared with the normal group,the model group gradually showed signs of mental depression,irritability,dull and dull hair color,reduced appetite,loose stool,less urine color and quantity,and slow weight growth.Gause basin phlogistic party ii party each dosage group rats with dosing days on the rise,mental status gradually improved,gradually transforms the color from dark moist and smooth,eat more,defecate is gradually forming,increase of urine,by deep yellow color becomes shallow gradually,weight growth speed,including gause basin phlogistic dose group of rats compared with low and high dose group,color more moist and smooth,diet is significantly increased,the weight is growing rapidly.After administration,the rats in the puling basin yankang granule group and human placental tissue fluid group showed gradually improved spirits as the number of days of administration increased.The feces gradually took shape,but the color was darker,the urine color became lighter,and the frequency increased slightly.However,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group as a whole,the hair color was slightly darker and the amount of food was lower.2 Macroscopic observation of uterine morphological changes: compared withthe blank group,the left uterine tissue of the model group showed obvious hyperemia and edema,which adhered to the surrounding connective tissue.Bilateral uterine tissue hyperemia was not obvious in the high and medium dose group of Chinese medicine and the western medicine group of human placental tissue fluid,the difference was small,and there was no obvious adhesion edema.3 Uterine coefficient and uterine swelling: Compared with the blank group,model group and uterus uterus coefficient of swelling degree increased significantly,the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05),compared with model group,each dose group of rats uterus coefficient and uterine swelling degrees were significantly reduced,statistically significant difference(p<0.05),compared with the placenta tissue fluid groups of western medicine,Chinese medicine gause basin phlogistic party ii party high,middle dose group of rats uterus coefficient and there was no statistically significant difference degree of swelling of the uterus(p>0.05),low dose group Pu Ling basin is phlogistic,particle group rats uterus uterus coefficient and swelling degree were significantly lower,statistically significant difference(p<0.05).4 Effects of light microscopy on the morphology of rat uterine tissue: clear and complete tube wall structure,complete glandular tissue,no edema and inflammatory cells,and no hyperemia of endometrium were observed in the blank group.In the model group,the lumen wall structure was destroyed,and the epithelial cells showed obvious proliferation and degeneration,indicating a large range of inflammatory cells.There was no significant difference between the normal group and the high and medium dose groups of TCM and the western medicine group of human placental tissue fluid,no obvious proliferation and degeneration of epithelial cells,only a small number of chronic inflammatory cells,and no edema and hyperemia in the tissues.The lumen structure of rats in the low-dose group and the puling pan yankang granule group was slightly damaged and the recovery was not good.5 Effect on the content of icam-1 and caspase 8 protein in rat uterine tissue:compared with the model group,the expression level of icam-1 protein and the expression level of caspase 8 protein in rat uterine tissue of the other groups were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the model was successfully established.Compared with the blank group,traditional Chinese medicine of placenta tissue fluid groups of high,middle dose and ICAM-1 and the protein content of caspase 8 basic close to compared with the blank group,there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05),the prompt effective medication,inflammation and gause basin party ii party the curative effect of high dose of placenta tissue fluid with people,has obvious treatment advantage;Compared with the western medicine human placental tissue fluid group,the expression levels of icam-1 and caspase 8 in the low-dose Chinese medicine group and the pulingpanyankang granule group were down-regulated,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions Gaoshipenyan prescription no.2 can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammation and control the development of inflammation,and can repair the damaged uterine tissue of model rats,suggesting that gaoshipenyan prescription no.2can promote tissue metabolism,increase the amount of blood perfusion of the uterus,promote inflammatory absorption
