| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Si Ni San(SNS)and Xiaoyu Huatan Chinese Medicine(XHTM)" on treating full stomach gastritis with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,and to further study the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:166 patients of full stomach gastritis(high position mainly)with precancerous lesions were randomly divided into two groups,83 cases per group,with the control group being treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine Huatan Xiaoyu Decoction(Drug composition:citrus10g?rhizoma10g?poria?cocos 15g?rhizoma?curcumae10g?semen coicis30g?endothelium corneum gigeriae gallil 10g?scutellariae barbatael5g?hedyotis diffusa 15g?hairyvein agrimony 15g?radix salviae?miltiorrhizae15g?typhae pollen 10g and soon)while the observation group treated with oral Si Ni San combined with Huatan Xiaoyu decoction(Drug composition:bupleurum5g?Immature Bitter Orange 10g?white?peony?root?10g?adix?liquiritiae3g?citrus10g?rhizoma10g?poria cocos 15g?rhizoma curcumaelOg?semen coicis30g?endothelium corneum gigeriae galli10g?scutellariae barbatae15g?hedyotis diffusa15g?hairyvein agrimony 15g?radix salviae miltiorrhizae15g?typhae pollen 10g and so on).Before admission,166 patients with HP infection was given on 2 Thursday's combined therapy to eradicate helicobacter pylori(HP).Two groups were treated for 24 weeks continuously,1 dose per day,oral water decoction in the morning and evening,and a drinking volume of 350ml.Patients are advised to drink it after meal for 1 hour,Stop smoking and drinking alcohol,limit to beef?sheep and pork,and avoid to eat cold,spicy and stimulating food.The clinical symptoms and signs of both groups were observed before(0 weeks)and after(24 weeks)treatment by conducting electronic gastroscopy and pathological tissue biopsy and recording Hp conversion and bile reflux respectively.Results:after 24w' treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of both groups were improved by different degrees.The results showed that the syndrome differentiation of SNS combined with XHTM could improve the appearance of mucosa under gastroscopy and the pathological histology of mucosa significantly.In terms of the improvement of TCM symptoms,the observation group had a significant effect on the main symptoms and secondary symptoms compared with the control group,the total effective rate was 85.54%;Two group's gastroscopy score had no significant difference(P>0.05)before treatment,but the gastroscopy score of both groups was significantly reduced after treatment with the observation group significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);both groups gastric atrophy?intestinal metaplasia(IM)and dysplasia(Dys)were all improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);In the observation group,the negative conversion rate of Hp was 80%,significantly higher than 58.82%in the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of bile reflux treatment in the observation group was 71.43%,significantly higher than 26.09%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive evaluation of the results,full stomach gastritis(high position mainly)with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer was treated with SNS combined with XHTM can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,repair damaged mucous membrane,reverse gland atrophy?intestinal metaplasia,hyperplasia in the histopathological,it provides a new thought and method for this kind of special stomach precancerous lesion,It is worth while to use in clinic practice. |
