The Clinical Effect Of Gegen Qinlian Decoction Combined With Metformin In Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the Gegen Qinlian decoction 、Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with metformin the treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus(the Type of damp-heat accumulation)to have an effect,It ’s not only to investigate the laboratory characteristics and Chinese medicine clinical symptom integral for patients w ith type 2 diabetes,but also for observe the clinical efficacy,safety of patients and provide evidence to the treatment of diabetes.Methods:The experiment select 90 patients of diabetes,it was adopt random,control standard and divided into Chinese medici ne section(Gegen Qinlian decoction group),western medicine group(Metformin group)and combined treatment group(Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with metformin tablet group),all of the cases had clinical and biochemical evidences for the diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes mellitus(the Type of damp-heat accumulation),30 patients in each group.in the treatment cycle 4 weeks,it was observe the changes of traditional chinese medicine clinical symptoms score and related laboratory indexes before and after treatment of three groups of patients,All patients were followed up for 3 months.Finally,all data collected during the test were analysed and statistical treatment.Results:There is no significant difference between groups in general condition,laboratory index and traditional chinese medicine clinical symptoms score(P>0.05).after treatment for 4 weeks,All groups had different degress of their fasting blood glucose,lowering 2 hours post-meal blood glucose,glycated serum protein,glycosylated hemoglobin,it was confirm highly statistic differences(P<0.05).In tests,the Gegen Qinlian decoction group has proved effective in the weight,waistline,hipline,and so on,,but the difference was not statist-ically significant(P> 0.05).the Gegen Qinlian decoction group,as well as combined treatment group,The two group benefits for traditional chinese medicine clinical symptoms score comparatively with western medicine group.Conclusion: Gegen Qinlian decoction group was effective in the matter of glycated hemoglobin,blood glucose and traditional chinese medicine clinical symptoms score for treatment Type 2 diabetes mellitus(the Type of damp-heat accumulation).meanwhile,From the Metformin group contrast,the combined treatment group have the advantages on the traditional chinese medicine clinical symptoms score,regulate blood sugar level,it also has safein clinical usage with less adverse reaction.
