Clinic Inspection On Forepart Xiaoke Nephrosis (Deficiency Of Qiyin With Blood Stagnation And Poison Sydrome) By Yishen Jiangzhuo Tongluo

Object: Clinic trial to inspect the effect of Yishen JiangZhuo Tongluo Recipe on the indexes including Syndrome score of Traditional Chinese medicine,Urinary micro-albumin creatinine ratio,24-hour urine protein quantification and so on of forepart Xiaoke Nephrosis with Urinary Micro Albumin,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yishen JiangZhuo Tongluo Recipe in treating forepart Xiaoke Nephrosis with Urinary Micro Albumin(Deficiency of Qiyin with Blood Stagnation and Poison Syndrome).Method: 60 Patients with DN(Deficiency of Qiyin with Blood Stagnation and Poison Syndrome)were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 30 cases were analyzed.All the patients were required to control the diet strictly,and give losartan(Losartan potassium tablets)50mg,1 time a day routine treatment with basic blood sugar lowering and so on.Treatment group for the general treatment at the same time to give the benefit of the kidney to reduce turbidity Tongluo blunt one day 2 times,the control group in the general treatment after the use of Thirst Lochin capsules,4 capsules per day,3 times orally.4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 treatment sessions.To evaluate the curative effect of Yishen JiangZhuo Tongluo Recipe by collecting and collating the data before and after treatment of two groups of patients.Result: Western medicine has a total availability rate of 83.3% which outperformed control group of 63.3%.And there are significant differences(p<0.05)by statistical processing.It was proved that the treatment group outperformed the control group in improving urinary albumin creatinine ratio.The treatment group also outperformed the control group(p<0.05),the treatment group 93.3%,and the control group 70% in the dialectical the Syndrome score of Traditional Chinese medicine of Deficiency of Qiyin with Blood Stagnation and Poison Syndrome.Conclusion: The clinical symptom and various laboratory indexes of Yishen JiangZhuo Tongluo Recipe in patients with Xiaoke Nephrosis have obtained satisfactory curative effect,which is superior to that of the control group with Thirsty Lochin capsules,and no adverse reactions were found.
