Clinical Observation Of Xiaoke Yishen Recipe On Patients With Diabetic Kidney Diseas StageⅢ Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoke Yishen Recipe on type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets and C-reactive protein,and to explore its possible therapeutic mechanismMethod:Screening for 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy,TCM syndrome is of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,and was seen in the outpatient department of nephrology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to December 20 19.Improve the physical and chemical indicators of patients,give symptomatic treatment to Western medicine and improve lifestyle based on the addition of Xiaoke Yishen Recipe.Observation period of 3 months,before and after treatment to complete the relevant examination,observe the patients before and after treatment T lymphocyte subsets,24-hour urine protein quantitation(24huprq),urine microalbumin(U-mALB),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CPR),cystatin-C(Cys-C)and TCM symptom score,and make a therapeutic effect evaluationResult:After receiving treatment,the patients TCM syndrome score decreased significantly,and clinical symptoms improved significantly,with a total effective rate of 78.95%.In terms of relevant immune indicators,after treatment,patients’ CD4+,CD4+/CD8+decreased,and CD8+levels increased.Compared with the time of enrollment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);24huprq,U-mALB,Cys-C,etc.Renal function-related indicators have decreased,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);the serum hs-CPR level of inflammation indicators is significantly lower than that when entering the group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);before and after treatment HbA1c There was a decrease,with statistical difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:Xiaoke Yishen Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrom.Xiaoke Yishen Decoction can reduce the levels of U-mALB,24hU-TP and serum Cys-C in patients with diabetic kidney disease,has a renal protective effect,and can delay disease progression.Xiaoke Yishen Decoction can reduce hs-CRP and inhibit micro-inflammatory status of patients Xiaoke Yishen Decoction can reduce CD4+,increase CD8+,and reduce the ratio ofCD4+/CD8+.It can correct immune disorders and regulate immune function to a certain extent.
