The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of The Dangguihuoxuefang By Self Made Reating Thepainful Heel Syndrome

Purpose: This topic uses self-made herbal treatment of TCM to observe the effect of heel pain syndrome,fumigation treatment of TCM is applied to the treatment process of heel pain syndrome,and the systemic evaluation of the footbath decoction of TCM on heel pain is systematically evaluated.The therapeutic effect provides a new idea and new method for the treatment of Heel pain syndrome.Method: From December 2016 to October 2017 in the Department of Orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,70 outpatients diagnosed as having heel pain were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group used self-made herbal fumigation formulae.Fumigation treatment was performed;the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium cream(Futalin).The course of treatment is three weeks.The VAS scores and Maryland scores of the patients before the experiment,1 week after the start of the experiment and 3 weeks after the start of the experiment were observed and recorded.After the statistical treatment,the clinical effects of the two methods in the treatment of the heel pain were compared.Result:(1)The general data(age distribution,sex distribution,lesion location and length of disease)of the two groups were statistically analyzed and the results showed no significant differences(P<0.05),and they were comparable.(2)VAS pain scores and Maryland foot function scores were performed before treatment in both groups.Statistical analysis showed no significant differences(P<0.05).The results were comparable.(3)VAS pain scores and Maryland foot function scores were performed on the 7 and 21 days after treatment in both groups.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences(P>0.05).Has achieved a good therapeutic effect.At the same time,the statistical analysis of the data between the two groups showed that both the 7 and 21 days after treatment,the results were significantly different between the two groups(P> 0.05),from the statistical results,the treatment group treatment The effect was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating treatment for heel pain can achieve obvious curative effect,which can obviously relieve the symptoms of swelling and pain of the heel in both short-term and long-term results,and it is an economical andnon-invasive method with no toxic or side effects.Therapies can be applied vigorously in clinical practice.
