The Clinical Observation Of Foot Shock Therapy Combined With Foot Fumigation And Washing To Treat Heel Pain (blood Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective: The effect and safety of heel pain syndrome(stagnation of blood stasis)combined with heel fumigation for the treatment of heel pain syndrome(stagnation of blood stasis)was observed by observing the principle of combination of kinetic and static with the use of "dash foot shock" as "movement" and "foot rest(no heavy walking,long standing,no excessive exercise,etc.).To provide a new idea and method for the treatment of blood block syndrome.Method: 60 cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,January 2016,in the First Affiliated Hospital of the orthopedics department of orthopedics department of the Department of orthopedics(blood stasis block syndrome),were divided into two groups in the experimental group and the control group according to the random digital table method,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was used with the use of foot shock + foot rest(no heavy walking,long standing,no excessive exercise,etc.)+ Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and the control group was treated with celecoxib + Chinese medicine fumigation.The curative effect indexes were observed before and 2 weeks after treatment(pain visual scale(VAS),AOFAS ankle-foot scoring system and clinical efficacy standard),and the comparative analysis and statistical treatment were carried out.Results: 1.In the treatment of control group in the way all the indexes were compared before and after treatment: treatment group: p = 0.000(p < 0.05),the control group(p = 0.000(p < 0.05),all have significant statistical significance,two groups of treatment for calcaneodynia treatment has remarkable curative effect.2.Comparison of various indicators between groups before and after treatment: the improvement of VAS score: p=0.013(p < 0.05),which was statistically significant,and the treatment group improved the VAS score better than the control group.To improve AOFAS score: p=0.016(p < 0.05),with statistical significance,the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.The clinical curative effect: the observation group total effective rate(significant efficiency + efficient)was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 86.67%,p =0.007 is compared between group(p < 0.05),there is statistical significance,observation group is better than the control group.4.There was no significant change in the safety indicators before and after treatment,and no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion: Under the guidance of the principle of combination of dynamic and static,the "foot shock" is used as "movement",with "foot rest(not walking,standing soon,not exercising excessively,etc." "as quiet,combined with the heel part fumigation,the treatment of heel pain(stagnation of blood stasis)has achieved good results;and the treatment method is square.It is simple,cheap and easy for patients to accept.Therefore,we should further explore this method to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of heel pain syndrome(blood stasis syndrome).
