| Purpose:Analyze the clinical efficacy of Professor Yuan Fang in treating the chronic spleen-kidney qi deficiency in chronic glomerulonephritis in Shenyang using the “ five movements and six climates ” doctrine syndrome in 2016.Method:To collect 2016.1.20-2017.1.20 one-year visits to the outpatient department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital, with chronic glomerulonephritis patients treated by Professor Yuan Fang as observation objects, according to the "six climatic" starting and ending time will be one year for each of the six stages, each stage selected TCM syndromes as spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndromes These patients were divided into two groups according to whether following the principles of “five movements and six climates ” doctrine into the five movements and six climates group, and non-five movements and six climates group.Observe the symptoms and signs before and after treatment of the two groups of patients,24 h urinary protein quantification, urinary red blood cell count changes, and use statistical methods to analyze the difference before and after treatment TCM syndromes and laboratory indicators. Results: 1.The total efficiency of the five movements and six climates group was 80.8%,the total efficiency of the non-five movements and six climates group was 66.7%,and the overall clinical effect of the five movements and six climates group was better than that of the non-five movements and six climates group(P<0.05).2.The TCM clinical syndrome scores before treatment in the five movements and six climates group were significantly higher than those in the non-five movements and six climates group(P<0.01).There was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);the clinical syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment.Decrease(P<0.01),that is,both groups of treatments are effective, and the five movements and six climates group has a better treatment effect.3.Both urinary protein and urinary erythrocyte counts in the five movements and six climates group and the non-five movements and six climates group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Both groups were effective. There was no difference in 24-hour urinary protein and urine red blood cell count between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that both the five movements and six climates group and the non-five movements and six climates group improved urinary protein and urine red blood cell count. No difference in efficacy. Conclusion: The effect of the five movements and six climates on improving TCM clinical syndrome scores of patients was better than that of non-the five movements and six climates groups, and there was no difference in controlling proteinuria, hematuria between patients. |
