Objectives:After lung cancer patients undergo lobectomy and radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the functional fitness of the patients will cause various degrees of damage, and the improvement of functional fitness will help promote the active recovery of postoperative physical function of lung cancer patients, improve the quality of life.At present, the research of functional fitness fitness for lung cancer patients focuses on cardiopulmonary endurance, and the functional fitness fitness index for lung cancer is relatively rare. This study intends to ease the harmony of Qigong exercise(Guo Lin Qigong)as an intervention method to explore the effect of Qigong exercise on functional fitness of patients with lung cancer during rehabilitation, and to explore a new path for postoperative physical rehabilitation of lung cancer patients. Methods:A total of 38 participants were recruited from the 49 newly admitted students from Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation School according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After three weeks of training by Guo Lin Qigong at the Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation School, there were 31 people taking part in the test for the first time because seven people were reluctant to participate in the trial. In the middle of the trial, due to the deterioration of the disease and the weather,2 people died,3 were lost, and 1 was unwell. The number of people who participated in the test for the second time was 25;The number of participants in the third test was 25 people. The subjects were clinically diagnosed as lung cancer patients and voluntarily participated in the trial and filled out informed consent.Guo Lin Qigong is a complete set of exercises. Each exercise mainly includes the beginning, the natural exercise, the quick and slow work, the point of work, and the rest. The test subjects were subjected to functional fitness tests at 0 month,3 months and 6 months respectively.Members of the project team plan to go to the designated parks to monitor and supervise, keep track of and make records, and track them occasionally by phone or visit. Finally, data was processed and analyzed using SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.Compared with the 0-month trial, patients with lung cancer had a very significant difference(P<0.01)after 3 months of Qigong exercise,6-minute walk,30-second continuous chair standing and 8-foot walk(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the index of the back hook on both hands(P<0.05).The 30-second flexion-extension arm and sitting chair body forward showed an increase in the flexion index but no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Compared with the 0-month trial, patients with lung cancer had a very significant difference after 6 months of Qigong exercise for 6 minutes walking,30 seconds of flexion and extension arms,30 seconds of continuous standing on the chair, and 8 feet of standing walking(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the back hook and sitting chair body forward(P>0.05).3.Compared with the 3 months of the trial, patients with lung cancer had a very significant difference after 6 months of Qigong exercise for 30-second flexion-extension arm index(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in 6-minute walk,30-second continuous chair standing, and two-handed back hook(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between sitting chair body forward and 8-foot reciprocal walking index(P>0.05).Conclusion:After 6 months of Qigong exercise, patients with lung cancer had better effects on cardiopulmonary endurance, upper extremity muscle strength, lower limb muscle strength, sensitivity and dynamic balance ability. The flexibility of upper and lower limbs has also been improved to some extent. It shows that the exercise mode of Qigong exercise can promote the improvement of functional fitness of patients with lung cancer, and can be used as an aid in the rehabilitation of physical function of patients with lung cancer during rehabilitation.
