| Objectives:This study started from the blood cell abnormalities in patients with lung cancer during rehabilitation to explore the effect of Qigong exercise on the function of blood cells in patients with rehabilitation lung cancer,and tried to explore its intrinsic physiological mechanism,in order to provide some reference for exercise interventions in patients with lung cancer during rehabilitation.Its creation has laid a theoretical foundation for targeted qigong exercises.Setting and participants:From the Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club’s 98th new entry to the 49 trainees,38 subjects were recruited after receiving the criteria for inclusion.After three weeks of training by Guo Lin Qigong at the Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club,seven people were reluctant to participate in the trial.Therefore,31 people participated in the first test.Among them,there were 9 males and 22 females,with an average age of 62.06±5.74(49-71 years old)and an average cancer age of 2.74±0.82;due to various reasons,3 of them died,3 were lost,and 2 were unwell.Therefore,the number of people who participated in the test for the second time was 24;in the end,a total of 25 subjects participated in the test.All the test subjects voluntarily joined the experimental study.All of them were diagnosed by clinical medicine,and they were comprehensively evaluated by clinical professional physicians,and signed relevant medical approvals,followed by qigong exercises,but the original diet and living habits of the subjects were not changed.At 0,12 and 24 weeks of the experiment and in an early morning fasting state,2 ml of blood was taken from the cubital vein at the same time and place,placed in an EDTA sterile anticoagulant tube,and immediately sent to the laboratory for testing.SPSS20.0 statistical software analysis and processing data.Results:1.During the entire test period,MCHC increased significantly(p<0.01);at the 12th and 24th weeks of the experiment,there was no significant difference(p>0.05)between RDW and the 0th week.The 24th week of the trial was compared with the 12th week.,RDW drops significantly(p<0.01).2.Compared with the 0th week of the experiment,the RBC,HCT,Hb,WBC,MCV,MCHC,and PLT were significantly decreased(p<0.01,p<0.05)at the 12th week of the test,and the value was increased at the 24th week of the test.Statistically significant(p>0.05),but all values rose and were within normal physiological range.3.There is a moderate positive correlation between MCHC and daily exercise time.Conclusion:1.Qigong exercise maintains the blood cell level of lung cancer patients within the range of normal physiological values,with a slight increase in the later period,especially reducing RDW and increasing MCHC,which is beneficial to improving the level of RBC.2.There is a positive correlation between MCHC and average daily exercise time,indicating that Qigong exercise has a positive effect on RBC and Hb. |
