Clinical Observation Of Professor Ling Zhiying’s Therapy In Treatment Of Bronchiectasis On Data Mining

ObjectiveThrough using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance support system(V2.5),the prescription and medication rules of Professor Liang ZhiYing in the treatment of Bronchiectasis were analyzed and summarized.MethodRetrospective analysis of Professor Liang Zhiying’s treatment of bronchiectasis cases(1995 to 2005),including two parts of hospitalization and outpatient service,mainly through consulting the past Liang’s student’s follow-up records,and our hospital medical record room,case system acquisition.The contents include the general information of the patient,the history of the disease,the diagnosis,the syndrome differentiation and the prescription and medicine.Combined with the association rules and cluster analysis in TCM(V2.5),the treatment experience of Professor Liang was excavated.Achievements1.Understanding of pathogenesisLiang believes that the location of bronchiectasis is in the lung,and its condition is lingering.It can involve the spleen and kidneys.The disease belongs to the deficiency.It should be differentiated according to the stages of acute and static phases.Acute exacerbation induced by infection,and can be divided into bronchiectasis with infection and hemorrhage,the cough,phlegm,phlegm thick yellow main card,with abundant phlegm heat and deficiency of Qi and Yin see;the latter to cough,haemoptysis,among which the liver inflammation and yin deficiency and fire Wang-see.In the remission stage,the lung qi deficiency and lung kidney yin deficiency are more common.In this period,we should use the reinforcing method to improve the whole body’s immunity and the local defense ability of the respiratory system by helping the healthy qi.2.data miningIn 422 prescriptions,patients with cough,expectoration,sputum easy to cough up,anorexia,such as the main research object,the tongue to tongue pink or dark red,little moss,has the petechia;mainly for the pulse string slide,count,heavy fine etc..In the study of patients with phlegm heat dampness,lung abscess pus storage type and phlegm heat resistance,Qi Yin deficiency type,the correlation degree between the frequency of drug and drug analysis,Professor Liang in the treatment of bronchiectasis with phlegm,tonifying qi and Yin Dafa,party to the qianjinweijing decoction.Commonly used drugs mainly for reed rhizome,coix seed,melon seeds,walnuts,liquorice,Poria,Houttuynia,Zhejiang Fritillaria,commonly used drugs of Poria,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,radix rehmanniae,ophiopogon root,lily,agrimony,Bletilla striata,madder.ConclusionProfessor Liang Zhiying often treats bronchiectasis based on the stages of acute and static phases.The main principle is clearing away heat and resolving phlegm.
