Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform, This Paper Discusses The Medication Rule Of The Famous Old Chinese Doctor Li Shengyue In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:Based on the systematic software of Chinese medicine transmission aided platform,this paper discusses the rule of Li Shengyue's treatment of allergic rhinitis by using the system integration method(association rule,complex system entropy clustering and other unsupervised mining methods).Thus,to apply his allergic rhinitis clinical experience and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:The collection of The Original Prescripions to Treat Allergic Rhinitis from The Tradional Chinese Medicine Notable Doctor Li Shengyue Heritage Studio(collected from June 2013 to December 2016).A total of 226 prescriptions were screened.The prescription was first entered into the TCM Heritage Support Platform System(2.5)Chinese medicine inheritance support platform database,then used software integrated mining methods(association rules,complex system entropy clustering and other unsupervised mining method)to excavate the prescription:Then to dig syndromes of prescriptions(mainly for deficiency of lung qi,weakness of the spleen qi),such as the frequency,four properties and five tastes,meridian,drug dose statistics,association rule analysis,complex system entropy poly Class analysis,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis.Thus,to analysis drug regulation of his treatment.Results:1,Allergic rhinitis(deficiency of lung qi)result:197 prescriptions were analyzed,165 types of Chinese medicine were used in the prescriptions.The former 10 Chinese medicine and their frequencies were:Chantui?Dilong?Wumei?Hezi?Huangqi?Fangfeng?Baizu?Zhigancao?Huangqin?Mahuang,which all belonged to lung and spleen meridian,sweet and warm properties.The adult dose of the first eight Chinese medicine were:DilonglOg,Chantuil2g,Wumei10g,Hezi10g,FangfenglOg,Huangqi30g,Baizu10g,Zhigancao9g.Excavated 34 groups of core drug combinations and 17 groups of new combination.2,Allergic rhinitis(deficiency of spleen qi)result:24 prescriptions were analyzed,41 types of Chinese medicine were used in the prescriptions.The former 10 Chinese medicine and their frequencies were:Zhihuangqi?Hezi?Chantui?Dilong?Baizu?Wumei?Fangfeng?Maidong?Dangshen?Sharen,which all belonged to lung and spleen meridian,sweet and warm properties.The adult dose of the first eight Chinese medicine were:Zhihuangqi30g,Hezi 10g,Chantui 12g,Dilong10g,Baizu10g,Wumei10g,Fangfeng 10g.Conclusion:1.Professor Li was good at Chinese medicine with sweet and warm properties,tonifying lung and spleen,dispelling coldness,tongqiao.He focused on"treating deficiency with tonification,Treating Cold Syndrome with Hot Natured Drugs";2.Professor Li was good at insects drugs(Chantui,Dilong)and astringent medicine(Wumei,Hezi),took the image than the class;3.Extracted allergic rhinitis's special prescription for deficiency of lung qi:Huangqi?Baiz?Fangfeng?Huangqin?Mahuang?Wumei?Hezi?Dilong?Chantui.Allergic rhinitis's special prescription for deficiency of spleen qi:Zhihuangqi?Baizu?Fangfeng?Shenqu?Wumei?Hezi?Dilong?Chantui.Special drugs:Huangqi?Baizu?Fangfeng?Wumei?Hezi?Dilong?Chantui.They reflect Professor Li's thoughts of combinating special drug with special prescription to therapy special disese.This could provide references to clinical treatment;4.Those prescriptions excavated the core combination of drugs and revealed the treatment of allergic rhinitis,reflected that Professor Li focused on local and overall relationship;5.Prescriptions overall excavated the new side of the combination,most of them were compatible and could provide references for clinical treatment.
