A Preliminary Study Of Professor Tao’s Experience Of Treating Spleen And Stomach Diseases With Carbon Medicine And His Medication Regimen

Objectives:The spleen and stomach are important to human health.The incidence of spleen and stomach diseases is high,which seriously affects people’s life.Carbon medicine has been widely used in hemorrhagic diseases,gastrointestinal diseases,liver and kidney diseases,etc.,and its clinical application has been expanded.Professor tao shuangyou is good at diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach syndrome,and has a remarkable curative effect,and has formed a drug law in the course of his medical treatment to treat the common diseases of spleen and stomach.Through the analysis of the law and academic thought of the use of charcoal medicine by professor tao,it has a positive role to play a positive role in the treatment of charcoal medicine.Methods:Through the consultation of lingnan famous medical clinic in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine,the author summarized and analyzed the dialectical thinking and clinical experience of the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.To collect 173 cases of spleen and stomach diseases by professor tao shuangyou(choose distention and fullness,epigastric pain,diarrhea,and dysentery).In this paper,the frequency analysis of the medicinal flavor,return and efficacy of the drugs used in the prescription was analyzed,and the community detection algorithm was applied to cluster analysis of drugs.Results:This study collected a total of 145 drugs,2417 drugs,and the number of drugs with a frequency greater than or equal to 5 was 89 herbs and 2314 times.On average,13.97 kinds of prescriptions were used,of which the charcoal medicine was 11 flavor and 250 pills,with an average of 1.45 charcoal medicineper prescription.Professor tao use charcoal class Chinese medicine treatment of spleen and stomach is multi-purpose disease and sweet,bitter,bitter herbs,temperature,more flat,belong to the given priority to with the spleen,stomach,liver,drug efficacy is to make up for virtual medicine,nourish the medicine,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs primarily;Clustering analysis collected in the prescription,commonly used drugs with liquorice,atractylodes,dangshen,god eight,radix bupleuri,radix pseudostellariae,puerarin,astragalus root,pinellia,angelica and five fingers wild peach,sophora japonica carbon,puzzle,turmeric,hawthorn,malt,ageratum,ginger carbon,radix paeoniae alba,radix aucklandiae,poria cocos,etc.Conclusion:This study results show that the professor tao use charcoal medicine treatment of spleen and stomach is a common disease medication rule of professor tao make a diagnosis and give treatment for spleen and stomach disease characteristics and experience to provide data support,and embodies the Chinese medicine treatment characteristics,enrich the experience of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of spleen and stomach disease and syndrome differentiation thinking and provide objective basis for clinical use in the future and important reference.
