The Expression And Significance Of 8-OHdG And GST-? In Gastric Cancer And Precancerous Lesion Tissues

Objective Through the determination the expression level of GST-? and 8-OHdG in chronic gastritis,precancerous lesions and gastric cancer,study the expression level in different stage of gastric tissue and analyze its relationship,provide experiment basis for the research on the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.At the same time,provide theoretical basis for the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer assessment.Method To collect the pathological specimen of 40 cases of chronic gastritis group,70 cases of precancerous lesions(45 cases of intestinal metaplasia and 25 cases of atypical hyperplasia),80 cases of gastric cancer organization from the first affiliated hospital of hebei north university in January 2015 to January 2017,which were got checked by andendoscopic and surgical.The above cases were summarized and sorted,the paraffin tissue was classified,and the type of lesion was determined by HE staining.Immunohistochemical method(SP method)was used to measure GST-? and 8-OHdG expression in each group.Finally by using the statistical software SPASS 22.0,detect the expression level of GST-? and 8-OHdG of gastric cancer patients in age,sex,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and The degree of differentiation.At the same time,To analyze whether there were statistically significant differences between each groups and the correlation of expression levels of GST-? and 8-OHdG.Results(1)There was no statistically significant difference between the positive expression of 8-OHdG and GST-? in different age and gender groups.Both in TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and the differentiation degree,the differences were statistically significant,and the expression of 8-OHdG in low-undifferentiated carcinoma is higher than high-moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma group,on the other hand,the expression of GST-? in stage III or IV was higher than I,II,the marked increase in with lymph node metastasis group(2)The expression levels of 8-OHdG and GST-? in the chronic gastritis group,precancerous and gastric cancer groups were gradually increasing,and the differences between each group were statistically significant and positively correlated.Conclusion(1)On the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer,8-OHdG and GST-? expression level have significant differences,prompt both associated with gastric cancer produce progress of aggressive behavior,help clinical judgment malignancy in patients with gastric cancer;On the contrary,the differences in the degree of differentiation suggest that the both are not synchronized in the malignancy of gastric cancer.(2)The positive expression of both in the development stage of gastric cancer is gradually increasing,suggesting that the two may participate in the development of gastric cancer,which can help the early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.(3)In chronic gastritis,the stomach before lesion tissue,each expression in gastric cancer was a positive correlation,that some control relationship work together to the occurrence of gastric cancer,evolution,therefore,clinical can joint inspection both expression level in order to early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
