Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Tongluo Pill Combined With Early Rehabilitation In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Specialty : Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author : Li Linlin Tutor : professor Hu HaoObjective: this research aims to knowing about the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo pill combined with early rehabilitation in the treatment of Cere bral Ischemic Stroke(CIS)with qi deficiency and blood stasis,so as to explore whether this comprehensive treatment can improve the neurological function of patients and improve their quality of life,the clinical application value of Huoxue Tongluo pill is evaluated by analyzing the degree of improvement and enhancement,to further provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine and the assess ment criteria of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome classification,60 cerebral infarction patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis admitted to Zibo Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were selected.According to the p rinciple of randomization,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic internal medical treatment + oral Xiaoshuang Tongluo capsule,the treatment group was given basic in ternal medical treatment + oral Huoxue Tongluo pill,and both groups were given early rehabilitation training.NIHSS scale score,BI index scale and TCM syndrome score were evaluated by efficacy before the treatment and 3 months after the treatment,then s tatistical analysis was performed on the research results.During the research,the concept of early rehabilitation was introduced and a comprehensive information database was established,to further improve the scientific nature and preciseness of clinica l research on Cerebral Ischemic Stroke.Results :(1)Both Huoxue Tongluo pill and Xiaoshuang Tongluo capsule can improve the patients’ condition.Before and after treatment,NIHSS scale score,TCM syndrome score and the BI index scale of the two groups we re compared,all showed P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)After 3 months of treatment,the NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and Barthel index score of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the improvement degree of each item in Huoxue Tongluo pill group was obviously better than those in Xiaoshuang Tongluo capsule group.(3)There were 30 cases each in the treatment group and the control group respectively,and the effective rate was 90 % in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group evaluated by the NIHSS score,the statistical analysis showed P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group evaluated by the TCM syndrome changes,and the difference was statistically significant(statistical analysis P<0.05).The above results showed that the Huoxue Tongluo pill group was obviously better than the Xiaoshuan Tongluo capsule group.(4)During the treatment,no adverse reactions or side effects were found in both groups,and the safety was better.Conclusion: This study has proved that huoxue tongluo pill is effective and safe in treating acute ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis.It can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,promote the recovery of neurological defects,and improve the daily self-care ability of patients,thus effectively improving the quality of life of patients.
