| Objective:Through the collection and collation of relevant literature and the analysis of the "Tanghan Lun" drug prescription list,combined with the "smell" theory of "Huangdi Neijing" and "Shen Nong’s Materia Medica",we discussed the "four qi and five tastes"doctrine in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".》In the application of prescriptions,the in-depth study of prescription prescriptions in the"Treatise on Febrile Diseases" method was conducted to facilitate more simple and effective guidance of clinical applications.Methods:Through the integration of related literature and combing the theoretical parts related to "smell" in the“Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic" and "Shen Nong’s Materia Medica",we concluded a more complete "four flavors and five flavors" theory.Based on the integrated classification list of the prescription medicines contained in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases," compare and analyze the addition and subtraction changes of commonly used drug combinations and related prescriptions,and combine the "four gases and five flavors" theory to analyze and illustrate.Conclusion:Through the combing of the "Four Gas and Five Flavors"theory and the integrated classification research on the medication of the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" formula,we found that(1)guided by the "Odor" theory of the "Yellow Emperor’s Internal Medicine",see the "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing" Drugs,which all have partial odor and yang odor properties and corresponding efficacy;(2)"Introduction to typhoid fever," the prescription changes of the Chinese prescription is dominated by the changes in the "odor" of the composition of the prescription drug,and its The "four gas and five flavors" doctrine is closely related.Therefore,it is practical and feasible to analyze and understand the prescription of drugs in the "Treatise on Fighting with Cold" theory by using the "Four Queries and Five Flavours" theory,and to provide new ideas and methods for re-learning to understand"Treatise on Febrile Diseases",and to provide better treatment for clinical syndrome differentiation and drug treatment.way. |
