| ObjectiveTo investigage clinical efficacy of Yinqiao Qingyan Prescription on adenoid hypertrophy in children and its effect by Parallel controlled trial,in order to provide safe and effective treatment of adenoid hypertrophy by traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsDesigned as a prospective randomized control test,60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Ned spray treatment,and children in the treatment group were treated with Yinqiao Qiyan Fang.The clinical syndrome appearance were observed,which contains syndrome quantification Points,secondary symptoms and recurrence rate.Results1.The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 93.33% and 66.67%,there were significant differences while comparing the two groups,and the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).2.After treatment,the two groups of syndrome scores were tested by independent sample t test.There was a significant difference in syndrome scores between the two groups(t=-3.13,P=0.00<0.01);a significant difference(t = 4.42,P = 0.00 <0.01)prompted the treatment group of patients with TCM clinical syndrome improved than the control group.3.After the treatment,a significant difference in the scores of the main symptoms between the two groups(t=-3.49,P=0.00<0.01);there was a significant difference in the scores of the main symptoms between the two groups.(t=2.40,P=0.02<0.05).4.In the main time to improve the syndrome,independent samples t ’test,the treatment group,the main syndromes in children with significant improvement in time(t’=-2.07,P=0.04<0.05),indicating that the treatment group in improving the main syndrome Advantages than the control group.5.Significant differences in secondary syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment(t’=-2.22,P=0.03<0.05);differences in the two groups of secondary syndromes for clinical syndromes There was a significant difference(t=6.09,P=0.00<0.01).6.In terms of disease recurrence rate,the chi-square test showed that the relapse rate of children in the treatment group was significantly different(P=0.04<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group,the recurrence rate of children less than the control group.7.There was no gastrointestinal adverse reaction in both groups.ConclusionYinqiao Qingyan could be used to improve the efficient of infant adenoid hypertrophy,and relieve the clinical syndrome appearance and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,shorten the length of the disease as well,Futhermore,it can reduce the recurrence rate of adenoid hypertrophy.The treatment of Yinqiao Qingyan Provides a new,safe and effective treatment direction. |
