A Study On The Administration Rules Of Medicine Using Of Professor Wu Huanlin For The Treatment Of Hypertension By Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

ObjectiveIn this study,the association rules and entropy clustering algorithm of professor Wu Huanlin's outpatient prescriptions for treating hypertension were mined by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system,so as to analyze the regularity of professor Wu Huanlin's use of drugs in the treatment of hypertension,and elaborated Wu Huanlin's academic thought.MethodsTo collect the typical cases that were the professor Wu huanlin's outpatients in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has been definitely diagnosed of hypertension,and meet the conditions for inclusion.To input the information of Chinese medicine prescriptions and four diagnoses into the data collection module of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.This paper uses statistics report module and data analysis module of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System to excavate the law of drug use and expatiates on the professor Wu huanlin's academic thought.ResultsIn this study,a total of 1863 prescriptions were selected,involving 235 kinds of Chinese medicines,in which the most were used to invigorate the spleen and invigorate qi,promote water and infiltrate dampness,nourish the heart and calm the mind,regulate qi and dissipate phlegm,and calming theliver and the wind.As the set support degree was 400,the confidence degree was 0.8,209 kinds of drug combinations were obtained.It involves 19 kinds of core drugs,all of which are the core Chinese medicines used by Professor Wu Huanlin for the treatment of hypertension.In the new formula analysis,as the correlation degree is 6,the punishment degree is 2 and the drug cluster analysis is carried out,124 kinds of drugs,Eight core combinations and four new prescriptions were obtained.ConclusionFrom the paper we can get the conclusion that,Professor Wu Huanlin makes good use of Chinese medicine in invigorating spleen and benefiting qi,promoting water and seepage,nourishing the heart and calming the mind,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,and leveling the liver and calming the wind.From the relevant theories of the five viscera and the heart and spleen,he examines the causes of the syndrome,reasonably uses drugs to treat hypertension,and pays attention on tonifying qi,strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm.At the same time,he takes into account the function of regulating the viscera,and takes use of drugs carefully and rationally.
