| Objective: To dig the laws of syndrome differentiation and drug of professor Hui Ping on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),thus summarizing and inheriting academic thoughts and clinical experience of Hui Ping on COPD.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 569 outpatient medical records and prescriptions were collected from 274 patients with COPD who were treated by Hui Ping in the department of pulmonary diseases of Wu Yi Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine and recorded in the data acquisition module of the software "V2.5".Frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis in the software were used for data analysis to summarize the experience and prescription rules of Hui Ping in the treatment of COPD in traditional Chinese medicine.Results: The basic data shows that the age of onset of this disease is more common in middle and old age,male than female.A total of 569 outpatient prescriptions were collected,involving 227 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total drug frequency was 7,706.Among them,65 drugs were used more than 30 times,with a total occurrence frequency of 6657 times,accounting for 86.38% of the total frequency.The results of drug frequency statistics were as follows: fu ling,fa pinellia,tangerine peel,licorice,processed licorice,radix platycodonis,bitter almond,atractylodes,ripe rehmannia.The statistical results of high frequency drugs showed that the most frequently used drugs were tonic drugs for deficiency,followed by antiphlegm,antitussive,antiasthmatic and antiseptics.In terms of traditional medicine,most of the four qi are warm,cold and flat,while most of the five qi are sweet,bitter and flat.Ten pairs of core combinations of drugs with complex entropy clustering were obtained,and five new prescriptions of COPD were developed.Conclusion: Based on the analysis of the data,it is concluded that the main location of copd is in the lung,which is closely related to the spleen and stomach.The pathogenesis of the disease was characterized by local vacuity,and the main pathological factors were vacuity,phlegm and blood stasis.On the use of drugs to fill the virtual medicine,phlegm,cough and asthma drugs,heat-clearing drugs used more;Pay attention to the use of warm medicine,cold and warm;Attack and supplement is the basic treatment principle of COPD.In the attack,it is mainly to drive away evil,while in the attack,it is mainly to external evil,phlegm and blood stasis.In the remission stage,it is mainly to replenish deficiency,regulate the lungs,spleen and kidney,especially the spleen and stomach,and take care of multiple viscera.Through the software to obtain 5 new prescription,according to the clinical dialectical selection. |
