The Study Of Adjunctive Therapy Zhenwu Acupoint Application On Patients Of Chronic Heart Failure With Qi And Yang Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveThrough the study of clinical trials on the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis,which was carried with the purpose of promoting the level of quality of patients,the effect of acupuncture on patients with chronic heart failure Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis was discussed.MethodsIncluded in this study in-patients,who had suffered chronic heart failure with the qi and yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were 80 cases,which were included in the standard,and not in exclusion criteria.A random distribution method was divided into the treatment group and control group.Observation group was given conventional drugs,while the treatment group was added with ZhenWu acupoint sticking therapy,which was composed of FuLing,BaiShao,BaiZhu,FuZi,YanHusuo,and BaiJiezi,powder provided by the department of pharmaceutical preparation in the first affiliated hospital of TCM of Guangzhou university.ginger liquid was heated,added the powder,then added BingPian,small amounts of honey to building the shape,finally the acupoint sticking made out with the shape of 1 cm x 0.5 cm or so,and the dosage of each hole adminstration of 2 g.The ZhenWu acupoint applied to acupoint of heart(double),spleen(double),renal(double),four to six hours at one time,once a day,14 days for a course of treatment.Two groups before and after the treatment of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide,heart function grading,quality of life score of Minnesota heart failure,TCM syndrome integral,skin reaction etc was compared,and out,fall off and suspension test cases was recorded to assess the ZhenWu acupoint sticking auxiliary curative effect andsafety of treatment of chronic heart failure.ResultsBefore treatment,two groups of patients of sex and age,course of disease,primary disease,NYHA cardiac function,the level of plasma BNP,questionnaire score of heart failure life quality,TCM score syndrome shows no differences(P>0.05).After the treatment,two group showed no significant difference in NYHA cardiac function,the level of plasma BNP,questionnaire score of heart failure life quality.In the TCM score syndrome,the treatment group was better than control group in the improve level(P>0.05).The acupoint application has no serious adverse reaction.ConclusionZhenWu acupoint application,made of classical decoction of TCM,can improve symptoms and quality of life of the patients who suffered chronic heart failure with qi and yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.However,the effect of the improvement of objective indicator,such as NYHA cardiac function,the level of plasma BNP are not clear,which needs further prolong the observation time and increase the sample size to obtain higher quality evidence-based medicine.
