To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Zhenwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical efficency and safety Zhenwu Dec oction in treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome o f chronic heart failure, and provide scientific basis for clinical treat ment.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.40cases in control group were treated with the treatment of conventional Medicine.40cases in observation group were treated with treatment of Zhenwu Decoction. After a treating course of28days, To observe the clinical curative effect in Heart failure integral, TCM syndrome integral, Left ventricular ejection fra ction, Left ventricular end diastolic diameter, NT-proBNP and untow ard effect.Result:1、clinical symptom score:comparison of the clinical heart failure s core and TCM syndrome integral, the two group were statistically s ignificant (P<0.05),the observation group is better than the control group. 2、clinical curative effect:the observation group and the control gro up showed significant efficacy in the treatment of four weeks, and observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3、left ventricular ejection fraction:the treatment group and the con trol group was significantly reduced left ventricular ejection fraction in patients after4weeks of treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically si gnificant (P<0.05).4、the left ventricular end diastolic diameter comparison:comparison between groups, significant aspects of the observation group and t he control group in improving the left ventricular end-diastolic diam eter difference between patients with (P<0.05). The observation grou p in improvement of patients with left ventricular end diastolic dia meter than the control group.5、NT-proBNP:the observation group and the control group can im prove patients with NT-proBNP, there was significant difference bet ween the contrast group (P<0.05).6、security:clinical observation of two groups had no obvious unto ward effect. Conclusion:the clinical symptoms of Zhenwu Decoction can obvi ously improve the patients’clinical symptom,the clinical heart failu re score and TCM syndrome integral. improve left ventricular ejecti on fraction,left ventricular and diastolic diameterand of patients,it i s an ideal drug in treating heart and kidney yang deficiency type c hronic heart failure is safe and effective,non-toxic side effects.
