The Clinical Research Of Compound Zhenwu Granule And Oral Application With Acupoint Application On Chronic Heart Failure Patients With Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency And Its Effect On NT-proBNP And CTnI

Objective: This topic is mainly to study the clinical efficacy of Fufang Zhenwu Granule orally and acupoint application in the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with heart-kidney-yang deficiency,and to explore the mechanism of this prescription,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Method: 1.According to the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in Chinese and Western medicines and the New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification,50 cases of chronic heart failure,heart and kidney yang deficiency were selected from the Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to October 2019 According to the random number table method,patients with type 2 were divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group.2.The treatment group based on conventional western medicine combined with compound Zhenwu granules for oral administration and acupoint application,and the control group received conventional western medicine for 4 weeks.3.The cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,c Tn I,LVEF,and 6-minute walking distance before and after treatment were recorded in each group of Patients.4.SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used to collect and analyze statistical data.Result: 1.Comparison of treatment group before and after treatment: CHF patients' cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,c Tn I,LVEF,and 6-minute walking distance were all improved after treatment(P <0.05),of which TCM syndrome score and NT-pro BNP decreased significantly(P <0.01).2.Comparison of the control group before and after treatment: CHF patients' cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,c Tn I,LVEF,and 6-minute walking distance were all improved after treatment(P <0.05),of which TCM syndrome score and NT-pro BNP decreased significantly(P <0.01).3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: Heart function classification,TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,c Tn I,LVEF,and 6-minute walking distance of the CHF Patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P <0.05),and their central function classification was improved Obviously better than the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion:Oral administration of compound Zhenwu granules combined with acupoint application can improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function,and reduce the levels of NT-pro BNP and c Tn I.This study started from the treatment of chronic heart failure with qi,blood,yin and yang deficiency,mainly due to heart,kidney and yang deficiency,and the whole prescription has the effects of warming the yang,promoting blood circulation,and water.Symptoms that improve their heart function.Its mechanism of action may be to improve myocardial contractility,reduce cardiac load,improve myocardial ischemia and hypoxia to protect the myocardium,and finally achieve the effect of inhibiting or delaying ventricular remodeling.
