Clinical Observation Of Strengthening Spleen,Reducing Phlegm And Invigorating Blood Circulation In The Treatment Of Liver Fibrosis Of Hepatitis B

Object: In this study,we evaluated the efficacy and safety of the therapy of strengthening spleen,reducing phlegm and invigorating blood circulation in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis through self controlled study,providing a new treatment plan for Chinese medicine against liver fibrosis.Methods: According to the case selection criteria,80 cases of hepatitis B liver fibrosis were selected from the wards and outpatients,and Ganrong Decoction with the principle of strengthening spleen,reducing phlegm and invigorating blood circulation was administered for 24 weeks.Clinical syndrome of TCM,liver function,serum fibrosis index and multiparameter models(APRI,FIB-4,PLT/?–GT),FibroTouch-LSM and other efficacy and safety indicators were compare,before and after the treatment.There were significant differences in the statistical description of P<0.05.Results: 1.Total Efficiency: The clinical total effective rate was 82.5%.2.Improvement of TCM Syndrome: After treatment,total rate of efficiency was 96.25%.3.Liver function: ALT,AST,gamma-GT,ALP,total bilirubin were significantly lower than pretreatment;Compared before and after observation,the values of albumin and prealbumin increased conspicuously.4.Liver fibrosis four: Compared with pretreatment,the four indexes of liver fibrosis were all decreased,the total effective rate was 82.5%.5.Compound serum parameters model: After treatment,APRI,FIB-4 decreased,PLT/?-GT increased,there was a statistically significant difference before treatment.6.Imaging indexes: The diference was extraordinary significant at the average value of LSM and CAP between the after and before therapy.The abdominal ultrasound score improved but there was no significantly lower in portal vein width and spleen thickness than pretreatment.Conclusion: The method of strengthening spleen,reducing phlegm and invigorating blood circulation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve liver function,reduce fibrosis index,and is beneficial to fibrosis treatment.The clinical effect is significant and safe,which is worth further exploring.
