| Objective:To explore the antihypertensive effects of Chinese auricular points bean pressure on young patients with grade 1 and 2 primary hypertension and to provide the clinical basis for non-drug therapy for young hypertensive patients.Methods:50 cases of young patients with grade 1 and 2 primary hypertension selected from July 2001 to October 2016 in the outpatient department of Xiyuan Hospital Cardiovascular, whose blood pressure were still not up to standard after lifestyle intervention for 4 weeks, accepted Chinese auricular points bean pressure therapy voluntarily. The 50 cases of hypertensive patients were treated with Chinese auricular points bean pressure therapy for 4 weeks continuously. Then detected and analyzed the blood pressure in consulting room, ambulatory blood pressure, concomitant symptoms and quality of life before and after the treatment.Result:Effects on blood pressure:Compared with that of pretherapy, systolic blood pressure(SBP)in consulting room after 4 wedecreased eks with Chinese auricular points bean pressure therapy decreased 10.913.7 mm Hg,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)decreased 18.9±6.7 mmHg,and the heart rate 16.6±5.7 times/min(P<0.05),which showed significant statistical significance(P<0.05).The mean SBP and DBP in 24 hours,in daytime and during nighttime were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Clinical symptoms improved:16 cases were significantly effective after treatment,26 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 84%.Quality of life:After 4 weeks of treatment, the SF-36 score of patients after treatment(121.14±10.08)was significantly higher than that of before treatment(115.92 ± 9.71),which showed significantly difference(P<0.05),especially in physiological function, physical pain, energy, social function and emotional intelligence effects. Conclusion:The effects of Chinese auricular points bean pressure on young patients with grade 1 and 2 primary hypertension were effective with better quality of life and less adverse effects, which was worthy of further clinical application. |
