Study On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Used In Treating Children With Chronic Pneumonia By Professor Zhao Kun

Objective:this study used the methods of frequency analysis and cluster analysis in medical statistics to sort out and analyze the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic pneumonia in children treated by Professor Zhao Kun.To find out the law and the best compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with chronic pneumonia,to give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine,to find a standardized way for Chinese medicine to treat children with pneumonia,so as to spread it widely,so that more patients can get accurate,economical and efficient treatment.Combining with the experience of treating this disease,this paper probes into Professor Zhao Kun's academic thought of traditional Chinese medicine,and makes some basic preparations for better discovering the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:the outpatient cases of children with chronic pneumonia diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhao Kun from June 2016 to June 2017 in the first affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine with remarkable curative effect were used to establish the database with SPSS19.0.Using frequency analysis to find out the high frequency drugs,statistics and analysis of the high frequency drugs category,sexual taste and return to the meridian and so on.At the same time,the cluster analysis method is used to analyze the high frequency drugs,and to obtain the drug pair and cluster prescription composed of the closely related drugs.Summarize the characteristics and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of this disease.Results:a total of 129 children with chronic pneumonia were enrolled in this study.The sex composition ratio of male was higher than that of female(P<0.01).It was found that the composition ratio of 1 to 3 years old was 31.78 years old and that of 7 years old to 7 years old was 48.06 years old and that of 14 years old was 20.16.Although there was a certain difference in the incidence of disease among the three age groups,the difference was not significant,which was related to the number of cases and the comprehensive factors,for example,the incidence rate of 13 years old was 3 to 7 years lower,But the incidence rate of 1-3 years old in winter is higher,other seasons are lower and many other factors are related,so this is The difference of statistics is only for reference.In the comparison of the composition ratio of different seasons.59 cases were divided into three types:59 cases in winter,12.40%in summer,24 cases in autumn,30 cases in spring,and 30 cases in spring,which showed the highest incidence in winter,and the dialectical classification of chronic pneumonia in children was divided into three types.In turn,73 cases with deficiency of lung and spleen qi were treated with 56.59jiao,24 cases with lung heat due to yin deficiency,and 32 cases with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,respectively.In this study,there were 318 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,75 kinds of drugs were obtained,the total frequency was 6257 times,and the frequency of use was 5.There are 69 species,accounting for 99.74%of the total frequency,and there are 19 kinds of drugs that are used more than 100 times.They are Radix Pseudostellariae,Aster,Radix Isatidis,Fructus Atractylodes,Silkworm,Cicada slough,Sperilla,Pinellia ternata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Carthamus Carthami,semen Lepidii,Orange Red,Orange.The shell of the clam,peach kernel,Asarum,Trichosanthes,pericarp,and mulberry pericarp are the core drugs for the treatment of this disease by their mentors.In the drug category,phlegm,cough,and asthma are the most frequently used,accounting for 2262 times,accounting for 36.15 times of the total frequency,followed by the drugs of tonifying and deficiency,respectively.Huoxue Huayu drugs;according to the drug statistics to temperature,cold,Ping;the highest frequency of use of medicine taste For bitter taste,followed by Gan,Xin;drugs classified as the most,followed by stomach,liver,spleen Meridian.Six pairs of common drugs and two groups of drug clusters were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.Through the analysis of drug frequency,the results showed that Professor Zhao Kun had relatively concentrated drug use,and the higher frequency of use was Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Aster,Flos Atractylodes macrocephala,Bombyx bassiana,cicada slough,Purple Perilla,Pinellia ternata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Carthamus Carthami.Lepidii seed,orange,sea clam shell,peach kernel,Asarum,Trichosanthes,Chen Pei,mulberry white peel,the drug selected to warm,most of the cold,medicine taste to bitter,sweet,Xin three drugs,medicine returned to the lung most.2.Based on the analysis of high frequency drugs,it is concluded that Professor Zhao Kun,a tutor,has often used drugs such as phlegm,cough,asthma,tonifying and deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of this disease.In 2000,the combination of dispelling pathogenic factors and reinforcing rectification was reflected in the law of drug use.
