Qirong Granules And Taiyi Shen Acupuncture For Motor Neurone Disease Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objectives:Observing the clinical curative effect of Qirong Granule and Taiyi Shen acupuncture on motor neuron disease.With a view to seeking an effective Chinese medicine treatment program,it will play a guiding role in clinical treatment.Methods: This experiment included 30 cases of motor neuron disease patients,the source of the case was the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(14 cases),the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(8 cases),Zhengzhou City Hospital(8 cases),Outpatients and inpatients who visited the Encephalopathy Division from May 2016 to January 2018.According to Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,select suitable cases.The self-comparative and self-control methods were used to conduct the experiment.The revised version of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Function Scale and the self-made syndrome of sputum,spleen and kidney yang deficiency were used as the Chinese and Western medical efficacy scoring standards.After 1 month of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the scores were compared with those before treatment.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate whether the scores before and after treatment had statistically significant differences.And before the treatment and 3 months after the treatment,blood,urine,routine examination,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function were taken as safety indicators.Results:Qirong Granules combined with Taiyi Shen acupuncture treatment of motor neuron disease,this study included 30 patients,1 cases were dropped,29 patients were finally observed.The results showed that the score of TCM syndrome score of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,ADL-Barthel index and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis function score in 2012 were improved in 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Of the 29 patients(1 cases),there was no obvious abnormality and adverse reaction before and 3 months after treatment(blood,urine,routine examination,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function examination).Conclusion:It can be concluded that Qirong Granules and Taiyishen acupuncture treatment of motor neuron disease can properly improve the symptoms of patients and delay the progression of the disease.Therefore,this method is safe and effective.
